-he roars down the flooded street on his jetski, dodging the tops of lamp posts and barely floating cars, makeing his way through the flooded streets on a mere stroll-

-he spins around and does a few circles, makeing a few waves, hopping the waves as he continues to go down the street-

-as he starts to go down the street again he hears his name called out, he smirks and spins to a stop infront of a flooded business- Hey Kuro -he smirks as his jetski bumps into a plate of glass, cracking it, he looks at it as it begins to spider crack, then shatter, the suction pulling him into the store-

-with a loud roar of an engine, Vel comes crashing out of an upper window, he had propelled himself up the stairs and out the window, soaring through the air then landing in the water at the base of the building kuro was on- Whats up..? -his eyes flickered softly-

-hos eyes flickered quickly, he then looked towards his base- Im sorry, but i must head back, something is wrong, if you want to speak to me, meet me there -and with that, Vel roars back down the flooded street, skipping off of a floating car's roof, he heads back to his base-

::Looked down to the waters below, arms folded across her chest and black hair and long jacket moving in any breeze that passed by. She stared at her own reflextion in the water, caught in soothing waters trance once more. She blue eyes never once breaking away from the waters surface. Although ears were alert she would not make any immediated action to anyone. Without looking away she dug into her pants pocket, moving the jacket aside to do so, and pulled out her ultraviolet braclet, putting it onto her left wrist. She pulled the sleeve down over it and crossed her arms again, enjoying the silence for once::

Riona looked at Zzeil then at the sleeping Finn. Suddenly, a fast, low tune came from one of her bags. Scurrying voer to it, she dug through until she came out with a cell phone. "yeah? Oh... Hey, Solaer. Yes, I have more alcohol. No, I won't be back for some time. Live with it." She hung up and turned it off, stuffing it back into the bag. Out of nowhere she whispered in sudden thought. "Ski's twenty-three today..." Riona looked shocked. Where had the year gone?

Arceli sits on the roof of a building, the rain beating down at her. Seems the crazy tramps were right. Looks like the rain was going to sink them, or at least anyone stupid enough to stay and not prepare. Her bike was lost somewhere at the botom and so she had decided to get some new transport. No one cared anymore, most people had fled and she'd been smart enough to steal a boat early and protect the damn thing. She jumps off the roof onto the boat before mentioned and starts up the engine. Petroll was going to be a problem. She had a spare can but that won't last long. Lucky she had some oars. Her only companion on the boat was a rucksack full of clothes, and some food. She'd heard the Lycans had set up a temporary base but she wasn't bothered. As long as she could last on her own she would. It just seems wierd that an entire city could be flooded so completely. Maybe it was an act of god. Maybe she should just leave, this wasn't her home city and she had little loyalty to it. She'd probably miss a couple of people but they were probably gone anyway.
