Most of my Kingdom Hearts doujinishi are either AxelXRoxas, RikuXSora or AxelXRoxasXSora. Although I have a Shounen Ai one that is Child Sora being taken care of by Adult Axel who is a office worker and Roxas is his officer worker mate.. XD

From what I have observed of Tsuna, he is definately a Uke... even if he is straight. It is just that he freaks out too much, also he is cowardly, etc etc I could go on but I won't...

though again crystal like aria said just from personality you cant always tell if someone is an uke or a seme. Tsuna is serious when things get heavy and he is really good at things. Though this is all moot because he will never be anyones uke or seme.
