Vahn Kyonuske vs. Viper - FFA

Vahn Kyonuske
But he wouldn't exactly survive being thrown into the sun (I honestly don't see how anyone could without some bs math equation or psionic crap).

Or Superman.

But yeah... even for elementals you've got to imagine there is some 'upper limit' to how much of their own that they can take. The point at which they can no longer be replenished by whatever they're absorbing, and then above that, the point where they are snuffed out by it.

Water is a good thing. It is necessary to life. If you don't have it, you die, if you go for long without it, you'll feel the effects, but you can only drink so much before you can't take any more, and if there is too much of it you will drown, and you will die.

Same concept, no?

Oh I know that much already.

the same way Dark Schiender took down Efreet in b*****d.

"HOW COULD YOU SUMMON A FLAME HOTTER THAN THE SUN!!??"

"I added my power to your Hellion spell, idiot!"

I'm sure Viper must have the same idea (seems like a smart guy).

Yeah... no. Not really. If you add more water to a real water elemental, it just gets bigger, its not going to burst like a ballon because there's no rubber container holding a water elemental together. That's why they're so bloody dangerous in oceans/lakes/etc.

EDIT: My methods for taking down other fire users are... different to say the least. I put a lot of thought into it after fighting a couple of them in a row.

I have replied, though if Cole thinks Eldin was just standing there because the guy thought he was safe in his little "bubble" then Mr. Eastcott's relief will be misplaced. lol

You, sir, suck at metaphors.

On the topic of water elementals, there is an upper limit on how much volume they can control. One elemental sitting on the beach doesn't cause global flooding.

And, likewise, a water elemental could very likely be seriously injured/weaknened by a water-based attack such as a firehose-thing that shattered its liquid body into thousands of pieces.

Eh, you'd be right about a regular, or even a really powerful water elemental. But anything that comes from the depths of the Elemental Plane of Water is just going to laugh at you.

You mean 'elemental prince' level? The ones that lord over all the other elementals because they are like the most powerful of the most powerful?

I'm not talking about GODS here. Are you?

Hehe... I don't want to brag, but it's pretty much true. Most of the time when I am wrong about something, it's either due to a person's specific 'world view' on how their character and ability functions, or due to a complete and utter disregard for restraint.

Humbra
An ear shattering sound retched itself upon anyone within a mile radius. The gob of sent spit sped at Mach 1 (340 m/s), letting loose the said vibrant boom. And, since the diameter of the whole field was a meek 300 meters, it would take the wad of purple goop less than 0.8824 seconds to reach the other side of the arena.

Humbra
The furthest wall from Lizzie would shatter--sending careening blocks of stone across the expanse of the field. Several mammoth sized boulders scrambled forth into the air, and around both Murdoc and the meek-looking reptile. Speed not being the forte of the scaled creature Lizzie would soon find himself beneath a icecream truck-sized rock.

Murdoc the Fallen
Though he made no observable reaction to show so, Murdoc was nothing short of astonished at the reaction of the wall to the earlier projectile. He immediately afterwards came to the firm conclusion that whatever manner of creature had attacked had used one of the commonly seen 'energy blast' explosive projectile attacks, and not a physical object; as not even the most potent explosives, in the quantity given for the size of the object, would never be able to achieve something like that... and surely not the object itself through sheer force. To have enough momentum to even crack the stone an object of that size and speed would have to have to be a hard, solid mass. To create a significant effect such as tunneling a real distance into the stone, it would have to be heavier than any given natural material, and to do something like that... not simply passing cleanly through like a bullet through a piece of paper, but for the simple collateral force of impact to cause a wall like that to simply shatter and, moreso, to cause enormous pieces of stone to literally explode outwards for hundreds of feet, the projectile would need to have an indescribable density in order to achieve the titanic weight needed to perform such an action through pure physical law.

The only conclusion Murdoc could reach on the matter was that it had to be some type of condensed explosive blast.

Nah, there are lesser things than the Princes and the Pures that'll still laugh off any attack from their own element that is specifically crafted to destroy its own element and is powerful enough to do so. Simply rupturing its form will get you laughed at.
