Ganeni,Masayuki and Issui reached the entrance which was completely blocked by the rocks.
"Well...this sucks" Ganeni said.

Sabu ignited the explosive tags and a loud bang seperated the rock in the ceiling. After the smoke cleared he shimmied up the hole and into a large chamber. When he entered the room several large torches ignited spreading light everywhere. The room was large and circular with runes and old script over the walls. But none of that mattered. What was in the center drew his eyes. A sword stood on a pedistal in the center. Its long blade was slick black as if it was made of opal and its hilt was red silk weaved with gold. "The Kusanagi..." Just then he spotted Yuna entering through a small passage on the left.
---
Mai and Rin-Tao exited the scene as things with Ifuuki and Onryou got heated. Mai felt like she should help but Rin-Tao pulled her away. "That's way beyond us! Come!" She spotted Tobasu and made her way over to him. "Taichou! What are you doing here?"

I was hoping we wouldn't meet in the holding room. I want you to know I have great respect for you... but..." Yuna abruptly broke off and turned around. He quickly threw scroll up, and pressed a bleeding palm against it. A cloud of dense smoke emerged and Yuna whipped out a smoking sleek dark blue kodaichi out of it, with complementary black ribbons running down it, and elegant weapon to be sure. Yuna discarded the scroll as he moved. He unsheathed his Kanagi and pointed it at Sabu. "Please don't make a move. I've trapped this room with 4 explosive tags. Be sure to mind the wires" He gestured towards the barely visible streams of reflective light, not to far away from Sabu's right foot.

We are taking matters into our own hands. We will be the one's to eliminate Ifuuki." He took a step further to the Kusanagi, keeping his eyes and his blade pointed at Sabu.

She'll pry the hilt of the sword from your cold, stiff hands. Just like she did with the necklace! Just like how she killed Geku!" Yuna realized he was sweating. A quiver of panic trembled through his brain. "Enough of this!" He trust his hand towards the Kusanagi, only to have his left arm burn with an insane, incomprehensible pain. He yelled in agony and withdrew his hand. It was steaming, his glove hand burned off completely, revealing his forearm, his flesh was crimson with the burns, sizzling and peeling at a rapid rate.

To the far left of Sabu, the ground exploded and almost instantly 3 other explosions erupted, one after the other. One of the explosions blew Yuna clean of his feet and his head hit a rock, promptly knocking him out. To make matters worse, the location of each explosion began to link through cracks in the eroded floorwork of the temple. The cracks grew bigger and eventually the whole floor gave way, and descended sluggishly. It fell upon the shore of the underground bay, not without a colossal tremor. The bay had eroded into a slant. What remained of the holding floor was set in motion once again, this time heading for the gargantuan bay of algae infested waters. The Kusanagi toppled of its pedestal and began to roll across the rough stone work, but trapped itself on a stone. Yuna, however didn't. He rolled across the floor and eventually and helplessly plunged into the water.

The floor slanted and he did his best to stay upright when he saw Yuna fall into the water. With stones falling all around him and dirt filling the chamber from walls already flooded by the previous flood jumping in to save him would be suicide. But to Sabu, letting him die would be far worse. He dived into the cold water without a second thought.

The ground below Tobasu's group shifted a bit and there was a rumble. Then without warning the ground gave way. Mai vanished into the ground as if she was swallowed, and Rin-Tao caught herself by an exposed root.
