Nina watched the commotion, enthralled - she'd already used up her pokeball on Agyness, and certainly did not regret it.
The Swablu fluttered around her head, chirping at Stribog and clearly disdaining the Electrikes' aggressiveness.

Raina glanced over at her Shina and smiled "I'm a sucker for canine pokemon..." Seeing the next electrike appear Raina tossed her Safari Ball again hoping she could catch it this time. POKEBALL GO!!

Now that Lizzie could recognize what she was throwing Pokeballs at, she threw another one at the new Electrike. It would be handy to have an electric Pokemon on her team. POKEBALL GO!!

Peanut was angry, though all Tyg understood was the tone, "How dare you try to catch another electric pokemon? You have me what more do you need. Its bad enough I have to deal with that pampered pet of an eevee stealing your attention, you try to add another of my own type to the team I think not." Peanut retrieved the failed pokeball but refused to return it to her trainer.
"Ok ok, I get it... I'll make sure to ask you first next time," Tyg replied and finally got the pokeball back. "I'll just check on my camera now."
Roddy just laughed at the two. It was unlike any interaction he'd seen before and was quite refreshing. He steadied his pace to Tyg could dig through her pack and check the camera without being jostled about too much.
She missed the second elektrike but her camera was out and acctually in working order if a little dusty and scratched.

Still a little distracted by her mystical message, Rhia spent the first two Electrike dodging rogue lightning bolts and trying not to run into her friends who were focused on capturing the aggressive Pokemon.
Was this uncharacteristic attack another part of the trouble they'd seen? A reaction to what was occurring around Motterossa? Pokemon had heightened senses and could tell trouble long before humans did sometimes. Electrike were already often used to defending their territory. It wouldn't take much agitation to encourage them to attack a large band of travelers.

What had she missed during her concentrated effort to dismantle the rock barrier? Was there more to this than met the eye? Most adventures she went on seemed to end up more complicated than they were supposed to be...

"It's a modified utility belt... I'm an engineer, and I thought the umbrella thing would come in handy on rainy days."  "Oh, that's clever," Anise said as she rode along. "I mostly just put on a jacket if the weather's not too bad, or seek shelter if it gets worse. I'm a healer and spend a lot of time traveling in the wild, so I've more or less gotten used to whatever the weather can throw at me."

The pokeball she threw dinged and stopped shaking. Dismounting Buck, Alex ran and numbly picked up the ball.
"Did I just catch my first pokemon?" She pushed the button and released a growling electrike. "Hi there." She crouched down and offered a pokeblock to him. "Sorry about that. How would you like the name Blitz?"
The newly captured pokemon sniffed at the pokeblock before eating it. He stopped growling and let Alex pet his head.
"Well then blitz let's keep going." She leapt back up onto the ponyta and rejoined her group.
(lol, green group is catching all the green pogeys)
