yikes, I always try to empty out any buckets or containers left outside when the snow melts and after every rain. It helps a little bit. Can't say anything for the neighbors though -_-

It probably doesn't help that my family leaves every window and door open all day.
They also leave all the lights on, but that's a different story.

So...I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about Gaia ignoring customer feedback. They forwarded it to Gaia, and this is the response I got back. Gaia Hello, Thank you for your concern. We appreciate your opinion, although we strongly disagree with your views. Our site is free to use (as all purchases are additive but not necessary), and our concern and care for the customer experience has helped attract millions of satisfied users a month. Summary? Me: Hey! Gaia doesn't care about their users! Gaia: Who cares what you think?!
