Made Up Technique: Unlimited Blade Works: Infinite Creation of Swords (無限の剣製, Mugen no kensei?)
Unlimited Blade Works", which manifests as an open, barren field, littered with countless Noble Phantasms anchored in the ground like grave markers. Monolithic black gears gyrate in the distance, and illumination from the sun is obstructed by thick haze obscuring the horizon. Whisps of black smog float on light zephyr throughout this world, and sparks from iron forging rise from the ground like bubbles from water.
Backumaru must chant:
"I am the bone of my sword.
Steel is my body, and fire is my blood.
I have created over a thousand blades.
Unknown to death.
Nor known to life.
Have withstood pain to create many weapons.
Yet, those hands will never hold anything.
So as I pray, "Unlimited Blade Works."

(For what it's worth for whoever's in charge of approving made-ups, here's another write-up for Backumaru's, since Tamao's ADV summon has the same skill.)
Reality Marble, Unlimited Blade Works: A Reality Marble, also known as an Innate Bounded Field, is an extremely rare and high-class technique that expands an enclosed alternate reality that is a physical representation of a user's soul. Within a Reality marble, users are able to violate the laws of nature, the creation of an ideal battlefield. Archer's Reality marble is known as Unlimited Blade Works, which manifests as an open, barren field, littered with countless weapons anchored in the ground like grave markers. Monolithic black gears gyrate in the distance, and illumination from the sun is obscured by thick haze obscuring the horizon. Wisps of black smog float on light zephyrs throughout this world, and sparks of iron forgings rise from the ground like bubbles from water. Within Unlimited Blade Works exist all the raw materials and chakra required to facilitate Tracing, allowing Archer to reconstruct any bladed weapon merely by seeing it. Furthermore, his Tracing allows him to inherit the combat skills of those who previously used his weapon, granting him instant proficiency with whatever he traces. However, human imagination cannot fully conceptualize the existences of an object through only one sense, so the quality of enchantment on each Traced weapon will be degraded by one rank, never equalling the original. Swords, spears and halberds are favored, but shields are also replicable at a slightly higher cost. Archer is also able to levitate weapons within his Reality Marble, arcing blades into the sky and then raining them down on opponents. Most of the weapons in Unlimited Blade Works are copies of legendary weapons archived inside the Gate of Babylon, although several others were Traced through his own experiences.

metal mist Mutational Experiments- this technique allows a person who has succumb to a virus, such as Las Plagus, to be mutated into a new organism with one specially designed technique based on the type. each will have a weakness that will be put into the new technique. such as once so many attacks hit so and so happens. this technique cannot be used on anything outside of a lab. each thing must be fully developed and put into a sleep. (this takes a body(or body parts) and mutates it into a new organism with one specially designed technique that has a weakness for the new creature stated in it.) ===================== I will look it over in the morning. Since I do not have time to think it out right now... Link to Las Plagus- Klamachpin i decided to see if this is approvable. if it works then yay! Las Plagus has been approved already.

Genjutsu Master: With her training with genjutsu and her clans history with genjutsu, Valkyrie has been able to gain the ability to defeat genjutsu automatically with her mind. This is a passive technique in which her chakra forms a shield around her brain to defend against genjutsu warping. It. If it is someone weaker than her, than they are completely unable to trap her under a genjutsu. At the same level, the opponent can trap her under a genjutsu but by the time it breaks through her shield, it is too weak to completely fool her. At a stronger level the opponent is able to trap her in a genjutsu completely but within a turn her chakra begins to automatically fight back. If the person is only one level above her, or 20,000cp than she is only under the affects for one more turn totaling two turns. 2 levels/ 40,000cp three turns and so on. Alternatively, the technique powers her genjutsu to the point that you have to be at least at her level, or within 20,000 to break out of her genjutsu. Finally she is able to preform a genjutsu without words of hand signs but with a simply thought.

Metal: Mutational Experiments approved. As for my previous aprroved for you, there's a bit of a problem. Uchiha Secret Technique: Self Hatred, in order for this skill to exist you must make it so that anyone with more than 3/4 of the user's total chakra can resist harming themselves but are still trapped within the genjutsu. That's what Soul suggested. sweatdrop
Backumaru: If it's alright with you then I'll give you Hedoro's Made Up idea mixed with yours. Reality Marble, Unlimited Blade Works approved.
I don't think I missed anything. Repost if I did.

Chakra Filtration- Because of her medical training, Valkyrie has been able to spread her chakra throughout her body in a veil. The veil filters out anything in the environment that would hurt the body from getting in through Valkyrie's pores, or orifices. This will not protect her body from cuts, or abrasions or stab wounds, but it will keep air borne bacteria, poisons or viruses out.

Shaneko Warabe Elemental Attribute400 cp | ninjutsu | range: userBy focusing her chakra into her specialized katana, armor, or shield she can change its attribute. On her katana there is a clear orb at the bottom of the hilt that changes color when chakra is focused into it and the specified attribute is said. On Neko's specialized armor, which is most times trapped in the orbs on her ankles, also changes attributes in the same way. However, she must have her armor out or it doesn't work. Neko's shield emerges from the orbs in either of her palms. When summoned the orb levitates from her wrist and is the center of her shield. Each element is weakened against something and impervious to something. Some elements can be mixed but most cannot. If you take or took chemistry then you know. I suppose that's it. -clear-

After expelling Kikai from his body, Hotaru will whistle a sound similar to the chirp of a cricket. This sound will be the signal for his kikai which he can direct to one or many kikai. I have finally decided to start work up a few make-up techniques. I am planning to re-work a number of my make-up techniques since I think a few are worthless now and has been a long time since I have used any of them.
Hachibi - Partial Release: The user will become enveloped by a light-blue glow that is a visual presentation of the Hachibi’s Chakra that is flowing through the user. The glow will appear in the shape of common attributes of hedgehogs. While in this state the user’s speed is greatly increase by use their hands and feet in tandem.
Hachibi - Full Release: The user will become enveloped by a light-blue glow that radiates outward from the user as a visual presentation of the Hachibi’s Chakra that is flowing through the user. The glow will take the appearance of a thirty foot tall hedgehog which has a faint image of the user within the belly of the hedgehog that could be seen only if the hedgehog stands up on its hind legs.
Hachibi - Quilling: While in the “Hachibi - Partial Release” or “Hachibi - Full Release” state if the user is placed under extreme stress or a sickness from a poison, the user is able to shoot or fling a number of spines towards an opponent. Because these spines are physical representation of the Hachibi Chakra, each of the spines carries a small electrical charge within that is discharged into whatever they happen to hit.
Hachibi - Ball of Spines: While in the “Hachibi - Partial Release” or “Hachibi - Full Release” state the user is able to use a technique that is available to any species of hedgehogs. The user is given the ability to roll up into a tight ball causing all the spines to point outward. While in the ball the user is able to damage, burrow, or destroy a number of obstacles that might be in the user’s way.
Hachibi - Figure Eight: While in the “Hachibi - Partial Release” or “Hachibi - Full Release” state the user will begin to travel in a tight figure eight pattern on the ground for a second or two. The user would then stop travelling in this power and had managed to increase the user’s speed and strength to a point that would allows the user to hover briefly in midair (Up to two post).
Hachibi - Piko-Piko Maul: While in the “Hachibi - Full Release” state the Hachibi’s choice weapon is the Piko-Piko Maul. This is a ten foot tall hammer that the delivers large powerful blast of electrical damage into anything that is struck by it. The blast will render the target paralyzed for at least one post. The Hachibi is able to conjure up multiple hammers at the same time allowing them to be thrown rapidly at a target.

Dragon Thunder- Lighting crashes down between Raijins horns collected there Saber then slashes though it casueing it to launch towards his opponent. A shockwave usaully follows the attack from the force of the blast.

Since that day she had been trying to develop ways to allow them to help her in battle. Now, at the age of nineteen, she has finally discovered a method.
For five posts Nimen can use her soul guardians to attack a foe. Here's how the posts would go:
Post 1 | Select spirit(s) is/are summoned and can be seen by an opponent but cannot move.
Post 2 | Select spirit(s) disappear from the foes view while staying in Nimen's. The spirit(s) cannot attack or defend but can move.
Post 3 | Nothing really happens. Everything is quiet and still.
Post 4 | Select spirit(s) may now attack but can be sensed. At this point it hasn't developed their full potential as far as spirit powers and cannot do much but fight using kicks and punches or taijutsu moves that Nimen herself knows.
Post 5 | The spirit becomes visible and can no longer attack. However, the spirit can defend one person against a chosen attack. For Nimen Karite: Two Face1,000 cp | ninjutsu | range: user | light and dark element <- That is how Nimen looks in light form This is how Nimen looks in dark form ->  By sacrificing a decent amount of chakra Nimen can transform into her pure or impure self. In her pure form Nimen levitates from the ground a bit. Her chakra creates a barrier around her body that protects against blunt attacks. In her impure form Nimen's shadow seems to differ from her and move slightly, as if having a mind of its own. Her hair seems to float around as if she were under water. In either form her aura changes as well as her chakra signal from that of hers to the chosen forms. For A Shaneko Warabe: Weapon Replicant100 cp | taijutsu | range: weapon | no elementWith this jutsu Neko can observe a particular item and make an exact replica of it. She can only create it by observing the weapon which means she would need the permission of the holder. She would have to follow the owner around and study the weapon for a number of posts. The weapon isn't as strong as the observed weapon but possesses some abilities of it. To create the weapon she cannot be in battle. Counting the number of letters in the name and multiplying the number by the points sacrificed she can create the tool. Ex. To create a replica of the The Adamantium armor she would have to make thirteen posts. It could be destroyed by the real thing with ease as well as any weapon in Hidden Craftsman if flung at its weak point. Each replica of the real thing will have one thing that differs from the real thing. May it be color or a clear orb on the hilt. *~ Approved By Miss Mam Ke-Ke ~*

Ace: As far as the Hachibi - Partial Release: I am confused about your reason but that is not a problem since I will talk with Drago since the ideal was based on Naruto's release in the fight against Sasuka from the series. I am off the belief that almost all Demons will have a state like this once they are fully awaken.
Hachibi - Full Release Was need to make weild the Hachibi - Piko-Piko Maul easier.
Hachibi - Piko-Piko Maul: That is fine, lets say 500 points per hammer created.
Hachibi - Ball of Spines That was not the point of the technique and will not be a problem.

I have also reworded a few of my old techniques a little to bring them up to date.
Toton Jutsu: This is the ultimate Peeping Tom technique developed by Jiraiya when he was still a student under the Sandaime Hokage. Using this technique he was able to escape from bathhouses unseen or unheard. Sage improved upon the technique to allow her to be able to enter an area as well in order to use it for espionage activities and information gathering only. However, Sage was not able to remove the drawback of it being ineffective against anyone that she had trained or trained her.
Byakugan no Tenteki: This technique allows the user to improve upon the appearance of general cloning technique found within different Hidden Villages. Sage’s clones have the appearance of a false chakra circulatory systems contained within them making it almost impossible to tell which is real, even if aided by a doujutsu.
Neurotic Jutsu: This is an imbalance within the user’s mind that is instantly triggered when something or someone attempt to gather information that is normally stored within the user’s mind ((I.E. Cloning or Scanning)). This technique causes any information that is able to be extracted or gathered to appear as only irrational thoughts that were completely worthless in every sense of the word.
