Compression: Allows the user to freeze water vapor int he air to use one ofmany effects including but not limited to: Creating shuriken,needles,kunai, etc. forming into minor ice attacks such as balls of ice or ice spikes, forming small walls of ice, and freezing opponents limbs with a somewhat layer of ice.

Self Transmutation.
The human body is indeed a great spectical. The variety of different materials that make up the human body make it a work of art. The work of art can also become an art of war. Using the transmutation circles tattoed on Akira body, Akira has the ability to transmute any part of it to suit its puropses. There are the normal examples, such as a sword or lance or shield made from bone. However because of Akira's time in the Afterlife he has also come accross several other combinations. The wood element and the iron sand within his body make it so that he has almost unlimited choices of weaponry.
Creation Dance.
Using a conduit of six circles that help make a huge circle Akira has the ability to make fighters made from the six elements: water, earth, fire, wind, wood and steel. This is Kira's most taxing technique since it uses 10000 chakra points to perform, including getting together all of the elemental ingridents together to perform the technique, These ingrediants are, satetsu (or any steel element) any wood element technique, any earth element technique, any fire element technique, any wind element technique and any water element technique. Furthermore they are all conected to Akira's chakra points, draining him with their attacks. Finaly to save time they can be summoned separately or in any combination.
The Wood Warrior: can preform any wood style attack except Tree World and Birth of dense wood land. Weakness is fire
Fire Warrior: Can throw fire ball and preform can blow fire from his mouth. Weakness: water, strength: Wind
Wind Warrior: Can create great gusts of wind, cyclones, and can preform the wind sword technique
Earth Warrior: can Burrow under ground to catch enemies unaware. Weakness Wind, water
Water Warrior: Can preform water techniques and if aquatic battle, can dispear in the water and apear in another place down stream from original location. Weakness: earth after a while
Steel Warrior: can preform satetsu, also can create any weapon it chooses from its steel body.

I'm not sure how much success your going to have with that current set. Transforming the human body is an extremely complex process requiring in depth knowledge of the human body, plus it'd hurt like hell to do... Were usually very strict with out of puppet clan puppet creations plus alchemy puppets have already been used, by me. So whether or not that infringes on my own technique well I'll leave that up to the other mods.

Magic World - 1500 sp - Genjutsu
A genjutsu that allows Reina to take an opponent to another world that she has control over. Due to Reina's Magic Eye, the genjutsu can become real and Reina and her opponent are taken to Magic World. In this world Reina can control everything in the area except for the oxygen. A ninja is able to release from this genjutsu. For this genjutsu to work and to sestain, an odd random number must be generated by the creator. If an even number is generated while in the world double the chakra points are taken from Reina. If generated before the world is summoned then the actual chakra amount is taken from Reina.

Valkiron I just wanted to make sure that was the case is all. Pt. 1: The Gekkou Virus- Strain #T66 (Item) - CLEARED assuming that it actually has to break the skin by some means to actually work. Pt. 2: The Attack- Assassination of the Bloody Moon - CLEARED Self Transmutation - I can not approve that, I am sorry but I just can not do it. Creation Dance - I am going to have to think on this one a while. I can not even think of a way right this second that I will feel comfortable with this is one make-up... I am asuming that longer each of the warriors are all apart of this one technique. Ace Zero Double Moon Lotus - You just basically took the Initial Lotus and then removed the requirement of the celestial gate requirement that accounted for the increased speed to allow that to happen. I do not like it at all. metal mist Bone Symphony - CLEARED Bone Harmonics - I do not like this technique since it seems to much like an instant kill technique to me. I will think about it and let you know. Bone Melody - Cleared Mythic229 Compression - That is an aweful powerful make-up technique. I am going to think about it for a while. Ke-Ke Magic World - Is this genjutsu able to be broken in the normal two ways? How does one fall into the effects of your technique? Look you in the eyes or get touched by you at some point. I will allow any of these Make-Ups to be added to your characters while in the Exams since they were started before the exams were started.

Bone harmonics- it just makes the bones shake when trying to move, so the opponent would stumble a bit and become less coordinated.

(yay i gots ideas!)
Bone Scorpian- a scorpian that is vormed from Kakuou's spine and backbones. it pulls out of the skin like everything else does. when out of the body it digs into the ground and chases the opponent using a thermal "eye" once it has gotten close enough to the opponent it will spring upward and try to grab onto the opponent's back to stop him/her from using arms for the most part. this can be broken apart but only at the joints, and is able to rejoin together. the only sure way to destroy it is to freeze(temporary) or burn it(make it start on fire).

Bone Disruption- this move allows Kakuou to crush any bones that are in shock(shaking from bone harmonics) it is a costly taijutsu that has a withdraw that causes the bones the he broke in the opponent to shake in him. when one of the bones in the opponent is broken it is hard to fix because it shatters instead of just breaking. this is a tough technique to use because of the withdraw from the blow.

Sight of the strong: The user will close his eyes, When this is done He can see no objects or anything, Just chakra signals and their colors, All chakra signals with in 5 miles can be seen.

all the user has to do is shake hands with the other one and place one on his chest (and ya i did get this from harry potter)

Las Plagus- a parasite that is near impossible to see at the start of its growth. it will grow in any wound made by Kakuou on the opponent. once inside the opponent after 5 posts the opponent begins to cough up blood in small amounts. after 5 more posts the opponent's veins begin to show as the parasite can now be seen swimming through the veins, along with this there is pain wherever the parasite moves and their eyes begin to become a golden yellow color to show the parasites dominance. after 5 more posts by the opponent the parasite is almost full grown it has one of 3 different forms it can take once the opponent make his/her next post (post #16) this is where the parasite can either take its form by choice or can be affected by anyone fighting the opponent. once the final stage is in progress the head will either fall backwards(option 1) or can be hit and fall any other direction(option 2). the parasites have controll over the bodies at this point and will try to eat the opponent. forms-1-a giant thing that seems like a blob with tenticles, one of which has a knife on the end(used to cleve the head off, or any other part). 2- what looks like a flat worm in a way it is a bad one because it will try to reach over and grapple the head(or other part) off. 3- what seems like a webbed spider, it will try to grapple onto the opponents face and rip their head off, it has a long tail that has a knife on the tip to help deal damage.
