Oh man...I've done so much donating this month. It makes me feel good though, and I've made some people pretty happy so it's like..wow, you know? heart

Full week of self-imposed exile is over. I'd have been back yesterday if not for total exhaustion fue to heavy cleaning over here, including the full on-hands-and-knees scrubbing of the kitchen floor, replete with the moving of furniture... to prepare for the yearly semi-surprise apartment inspection.


Given that my week long hiatus served the intended purpose of letting me cool down (contrary to theories to the contrary) from the blazing rage that several people's attempt to springboard drama off of me lit, and the general calmness here, I'll provide explanations to whomever wants em, but I feel the need to say only a few small things.


If I had been allowed to make it to the Monday afternoon without outside influence, I would have apologized to Azure for jumping on her for that comment. I read it wrong and by the time I was beginning to cool down, people were stepping in to fan the flames of drama.

But I'll make one thing painfully clear on this. I do take blanket bullshit statements about guys personally, since they're a part of the issue where I got ambushed, maced in the eyes, kicked in the ribs, and publicly accused of rape on a well-lit Providence street not 50 yards away from a police box manned by two beat cops and a pair of Providence cavalry.

So I give Azure the choice as to where this goes from here. No, I won't take any future issues to Shouj since she is neither of our keepers. You keep a weather eye on your blanket condemnations (I'm fine with clear jests and reasonable heated moments like if something JUST happened) or I disregard everything coming out of your mouth. The choice is yours; take it or leave it. And no, this choice is not open for the input of others. I'm sorry about jumping on that statement, but my assessment of your behavior overall still stands.


As to the side guild. Intentions are nice and all, but a deliberately hidden guild with a significant number of people and what I've been told was some fairly ugly bitching isn't exactly something you should expect to be well-received. Add to that the continuing secrecy (we still don't know all the people involved) and the fact that several people told me that those involved were afraid to come forward on the issue being discussed (and even told others not to mention anything to me) because they were afraid of my response and I'm pretty sure you can see what things look like. The outright purging of the guild could seem suspicious too, but that reaches into the realm of mild paranoia and belaboring the point.

What pissed me off was that it isn't the AG way, and I was used as a what looks like a delaying tactic so people could b***h a little more about a friend of mine... on the grounds that I'd flip out and kill people without any regard as to what Spider was accused of.

If your friends of as much as nearly four years hid from you to discuss and condemn another friend of yours seemingly without anyone to stick up for them, how would you take it? How would you take it if one of them threw in your face an accusation that you couldn't be trusted to know, were considered a wild animal, and bitched you out for not acting in precisely the manner they want you to?


Lastly, regarding the occasionally surfacing bits of "We're afraid to talk to you"... The Gator is a gag routine, as much a product of all of your input as of mine... don't buy into it. I'm pretty sure that the number of times people have come to me for advice, mediation, and support far outstrip the number of times I've wronged people. I'd appreciate that much credit.


Long story short? I went through an occasional bout of anger over something I read wrong, banished myself both to let things cool down and let people get s**t out in the open, and now I'm back.

Rejoice, tremble fear for your delectable edible bits (which are all of them), or tell me to GTFO... but I'm back.


Now I need to melt a server or two. Anything to get avatar functions to operate at an acceptable level.
