The second officer looked annoyed, "You want me to spell it out. Fine. I'm saying that your gal-pal is a prostitute, and that she solicited you, Mr. Green."
Starfire jaw just dropped as her eyes started to glow, "WHAT!?!?"
Both officers reflexively grab hold of their weapons still in their holsters....

Both officers' jaws dropped. The second officer was the first to say something, "Oh my God, everyone thought that you were all dead! I mean... After your tower fell. They showed it over and over again on TV... It was like the Trade Center..."
Starfire's anger went away, replaced by sorrow over remembering what happened. Words again got caught in her throat...
The first officer "Mike" walked forward, "Yeah. Sorry about the mix up. Just... next time the mood comes up... Just get a room, okay?" Then Mike turned to his partner, "Come on, 'Elvis', we got to report in."
'Elvis' looked sheepishly at the pair of Titans, "Yeah. Sorry about that. Everything's been really weird since that dimension cross... thing."

The Jester crashed the boat he had stolen into the pier and jumped out before throwing some marbles at the boat and laughing. There was a huge explosion and he laughed as he ran off. While back in Gotham he saw some other local celebrities. Two of the Teen Titans, this wasn't Jump City, whatever. He then heard their problems and laughed "Don't have a home! That's classic! Anywhere could be your home; hell I could give you a home if you'll made me a promise." he offered with a huge grin on his face.

 Starfire look to the Jester and judging by his appearance [looked at Jester's profile on Made-Up Characters...] Starfire in an innocent tone inquires, "Ummm... Are you from a circus, Mr. Clown?"

Jester only smiled even wider, this girl wasn't too bright was she? He could work with that "Exactly! The circus of society, it's done this to me, I have to work at a circus to keep my home." he said in a pitiful tone of voice. "I can let you crash there, for one teeny tiny little thing." He added as he put his thumb and pointer finger together to show how small the favor was.

"Give up the hero business for a while, try it from my side. Be bad. You'll love the rush of it, the feel of it! It's exciting!" Jester shouted in excitement. Knowing this wouldn't go over well he had his hand in his pocket and held some more marbles, that's all he had with him right now. "What do you say, join the fun side of life for a while." He said before taking his hand out of his pocket.
