Peppermint Elf My dad had a stroke today. So anything that was supposed to go out, has not. I'll get it out when I get it out. I likely won't be around for a bit. I'm gonna go button mash on RO.

You know, I am kind of surprised that Gaia used the term "Xmas" throughout the event. I don't know why, but it just strikes me as strange.

In good news... My grandmother's surgery was last week, so for awhile she was just laying on the couch, but she's doing a lot better now. She can stand up and walk around on her own, and she's finally eating again. She even asked me to get her Chinese takeout while I was out last night. She just looks so... tiny though. She's lost so much weight, and I guess I never realized just how overall small the lost of her breasts would make her look. It's... kind of weird... sweatdrop

Oh my! My friends bought me a Pi shirt for Christmas! It has the pi symbol made out of the digits of pi. It's awesome. heart

You know, I am kind of surprised that Gaia used the term "Xmas" throughout the event. I don't know why, but it just strikes me as strange.It's probably just because they got sick of hearing so many people complain about it being Christ-mas. Since Gaia wasn't celebrating the religious aspect of the holiday... I dunno. There were like 90 ( probably more ) threads about how racist gaia is because they dont have all the holidays around this season. same old same old. sweatdrop it really just seems like people are looking for reasons to complain. edit : and usually the people whining about the holiday and event items and such are wearing the items received from that specific event. lulz worthy.

FanFicGuru Hello everyone! Hope you all had a great Christmas. Or X-mas...or whatever lol. I have a Nintendo DS now...once I figure out the whole Wi-Fi Connection thing I'll be sure to post my friend code. ^^ I'll probably be snagging a DS and a few games by the end of January. I went looking yesterday and nobody had one except Target, but I really don't want a pink one... (red or black would be nice, preferably red) I was annoyed, but refrained from destroying the stores... well, except for one little place just as an example to the others. In addition to a few other things (like the 500 gig external drive I got for $119, which I planned on getting along with the DS) to make me feel better I snagged Earth Defense Force 2017 for 18 bucks... Goddamn, but that game is great fun.

Yah, I figured that's why--but it still just seemed strange to me.
