Jerzeeboii Yea...I think we should rid of the Freeze clause personally. 3nodding If for some reason all 6 of your Pokemon get frozen...then maybe theres something more than an item/luck involved. xd Also about the sleep clause, lets say I put the opponents 1st pokemon to sleep, then KO it. Ok now, his 2nd Pokemon comes into play. Can I place them to sleep aswell? Or would that be the clause I'm messing with? I was assuming if they fainted, then I could put another one to sleep, but then I thought what if it applied to the battle overall. neutral Like I already put 1 to sleep, and whether I kill it or not, I couldn't do it again. Am I making any sense? xd  "I'm the flame...Two of you're opponents pokemon may not be asleep at the SAME TIME by YOUR DOING is how I understand it.
Also... the tiers still confuse me shitless. Maybe I'm just to tired to even give a s**t about thinking about it, but... Blargh.

Yes Tentae, you may use that team format.
Yes Jerz. As long as there's not two or more Pokemon asleep at the same time. Therefore, if you cause one to sleep, then it faints, the next Pokemon is fair game. However, if they switch out their sleeping Pokemon, you may no longer use moves that cause sleep.

The Aura is with me...Jerz - If the Pokemon that is asleep faints or wakes up, you can put it or another to sleep then.
IDK about more recent iterations, but I remember that Pokemon Stadium 2 had the option to turn on the sleep clause. With it on, all sleep inducing moves would fail once a team membr was asleep. Nintendo really needs to put those features in for WI-Fi play on the DS.

I changed the Freeze Clause. I realized that the only thing that activates the Freeze Clause is Nintendo's coding. >.<
And as for the team tiers, it was the fairest way to do it. You can technically have five UU Pokemon and one NU.

Jerz, that wouldn't activate the Sleep clause as far as I know. It only applies to pokemon asleep on the same team at the same time.
So you could put someone's pokemon to sleep, they switch, and then you can't legally put the one that switched in to sleep whilst the other is asleep. You have to fight it.
A freeze clause is weird, anyway >.>

The reason we did it like this Roland is because some regions have more "overused" Pokemon than others. Plus, this also adds a hint of strategy into the competition. You need to use Pokemon that are strong, but also need to support the weaker ones.
