Well, mutations are purely genetic. Which means the easiest way to 'depower' a mutant would be to suppress the mutated genes. After all, you aren't another species. Your biochemistry isn't alien, it's just mutated. Muting that difference wouldn't be difficult, at least not in my time.
That said, though, undoing it wouldn't be much more difficult.
Before I suggest anything, however...You say that you still have your powers while you're here?

Hm. I think I have a few swabs on me...
*goes digging through pockets, eventually pulling out a few small vials and a few swab sticks*
Rub these around in your mouth a few times--I need your saliva. Just put them in the vials when you're done.

Thanks! Now, one other thing. If what people say is true--and if I've guessed this place correctly, it is--then I'm going to need a control. I'll need a few samples in your own reality, in your own time, to really be sure.
I don't need them tonight, but I'll be back around here soon. So, next time you're there, just take a few more swabs and I'll get them next time I see you?
