Snapple-kun: Thanks for helping me out. I think I've improved with Ness to a degree.. he's a bit difficult to handle for me. I'm too used to Link and Sonic xD

I don't really understand the whole Freeze clause thing. neutral
I understand yea, 2 Pokemon cant be Frozen at the same time. But isn't your Pokemon being frozen..like at random? confused
I never seen a move that instantly froze you. So...I guess when you freeze 1 Pokemon, you have to stop using ice moves?
That would suck to be Tentaes gym then, since hes the ice leader. gonk

Plus the chances of being frozen are SUPER slim. But Sleep is ALWAYS intentional. There's no attack the causes damage and sleep. Also, I don't like the one NU limit and the two UU limit. Alot of the Pokemon I like are in the UU tier.. if you do that, you're going to get alot of repetition. The teams will be similar OU, since OU aren't very numerous in each region. I think OU should have a limit and anything below that is fair game..
