Computer is back.
No data recovery whatsoever.
I'm not as broken up as you would expect... at least I don't have to shell out money to replace my harddrives, they were under warranty. I take comfort in the fact that now I have developed better strategies for taking care of my data.

AzurePaleSky How was Wicked? And all the movies? Wicked: Amazing, especially considering they actually pulled off taking out a LOT of the death and darker elements in the book. I was shocked at how different it was, but still managed to be good. Juno: ... Effing LOVE. The Kite Runner: I really liked it. They cut out some of the parts of it that were more vivid in my memory from the book, but they were parts I definitely wasn't ready to see. Sweeny Todd: ... heart P.S. I Love You: Really sweet and sad and funny. We both enjoyed it a lot!

I sent mine all out on the same day.Streamjumper We got yours and Mala's Thursday. Both were great and we had a real chuckle at Mala's rambling and brain-frothing.
heart I'm glad Luna's feeling better too. Hopefully she can find another position somewhere soon.

I can't remember. sweatdrop That was when I was a Gaia recluse. I believe the Gwee character has been fairly long-running, though - I believe the mini-comic with Gwee and Liam and...Moira, I think was late 2005/early 2006, and the Gwee MC was mid 2006. But that's a small detail. sweatdrop MC Gwee came first before everything you said. Well the point is that, unfortunately, the outcry of users isn't matched with their activity. People need to put their money where their mouth is and not spend it if they expect the cash items to slow down, otherwise we will all suffer. They'll milk us for all we're worth.

teh CB I'm alive gonk I had a crazy end of semester as well as a crazy trip to Italia. It was incredible, but I'm incredibly tired and exhausted and blahhdfl;kajd. I'll be back sometime next week when I've recovered from sheer jet lag and exhaustion. But I wanted to drop by and say hi whee CB!

Akimbo Streamjumper Akimbo Oh yeah, Stream, I meant to ask you. Is Luna okay? She seemed upset. sad She's still a bit pissed, but the worst of her anger has subsided. Granted, a few Kahlua beverages, contact with her nieces, a chance to watch our cats freak out with their new catnip toy (a toy a day for them until Christmas), and a great meal probably had a bit to do with calming her. And I'm certain that knowing that you're concerned will help further. Aw.. Well, at least she's a bit better. Tell her that I love her. heart Instead of rage, it's just a simmer of anger. I look forward to my supervisor asking me how I'm doing...and me telling her the truth. Wonder if I'd get suspended? Thank you, Aki-daughter. I'll be better once I find a better job.
