For now basic classes (english, math, computer administration, intro to hospitality). Next semester I'll be taking the meat of my courses, which are all culinary tailored...so baking, cooking, kitchen management, proper behavior and serve style...blah blah

I am apparently going to be right in the heart of the outskirts which are still apparently pretty bad of a major hurricane this week, so I might lose power for awhile. We usually get it back pretty quick, but considering major cities are also going to be hit I could be out of power for quite awhile before things get put back together. So, yeah. Hopefully not, but I might be out of touch for awhile here. I'm not going to put in a hiatus since I can't say when it'd be back or even if it'll go out, but if I don't post for an extended period of time in the near future, that's what happened, so count that as a hiatus. XD
