Celes Chere

A hand rested on her forehead, the annoyance growing to the point she was about to go a little crazy. "Not here..." Logically, she had to look at the building, there was no way they would take the Magetik Armor through the front, that would be a little odd for such a fancy tall building. It had to be stored else where, but where?

"Hey, you! What are you doing there??" Came a voice from behind her, as she was faced with a young SOLDIER, who looked to be about her own age. Celes turned to him, her deep blue eyes narrowing. "I will ask the questions. You took something that belonged to a friend of mine, and she is missing as well. I know that you people have the Magetik Armor, and my friend, Terra. Now, do be a nice boy and tell me. Where are they. " She wasn't asking, she was demanding. The slow motion of her hand lead to her weapon sliding out of it's sheath was heard. "You will want to tell me, I am a Soldier, A Magetik Knight, and I am not afraid to use lethal force into getting you to speak.."

"......You don't want to do that, I assure you...There are many more then just me here. We also don't take kindly to threats. Though, due to our new President, I suppose I can tell you. We don't have you're Terra. The Magetik Armor you speak of is not here, ether. It's being stored, and as we speak, being re-created. One person alone shouldn't have such a powerful weapon at their hands. Professor Ryosuke is the one you want to speak to. Though, you won't find him. He's very well hidden....Good luck. " He said with a small smirk, before turning and walking away from Celes.

"...." Celes sighed, looking up for a moment. He could be lying, trying to make her leave while Terra was locked up there somewhere.

But then, two familiar figures caught her attention, which were waving at her. A younger girl of curly blond hair, and a boy of wild light green hair. "Relm, Gau..! " So she found them, why couldn't it be Terra before the kids? Then again, Terra was more trouble some then them! At least, in her opinion. Her friendship was a strange one! "Glad to see you both safe....Now all that's left is Terra. " Then there was Locke, and the others, but she didn't know if they were on this world as she did with them. "Come on, we need to find her...Don't want her losing her mind on us again, right? " She said, in attempt to joke as they hurried off out of the area and leave Midgar City completely.

Argent leaned forward once it was obvious they were done asking for a moment. "First of, our policy involving AVALANCHE, at least the current, confirmed members of the group involved in the Sephiroth Incident, will be changing. If it wasn't, neither of you would be here now. Not only have the current members proved non-aggressive towards this company, but they are one of the reasons we still exist. As such, I am enacting a change of policy that takes them off of every hostile list. AVALANCHE will get no further trouble from Shin-Ra, and anyone who claims to be part of Shin-Ra and attacks without provocation is not a part of this company. The Science Department is no longer allowed to privately contact the Turks for kidnapping of random citizens for there experiments. All missions will be confirmed with the new head of Administrative research, after being passed through me. Zack Fair is listed in Shin-Ra personnel files as deceased, and as such, we will not pursue him without cause. Cloud Strife and Aerith Gainsborough are both civilians and will also not be pursed. Sephiroth has also been taken care of, and as long as he doesn't cause trouble with Shin-Ra or our citizens, he will stay clear of any conflict with Shin-Ra." This long, very formal sounding speech thing was being recorded, and would be distributed to appropriate people and places, effectively making these take effect before Reno and Cissnei left his office lobby. "Verdot resigned his position during a mission against AVALANCHE, specifically the mission where Rufus was found informing against this company. None of the current administration or, I gather, the Turks, seem to hold a grudge against him. Veld was one of our best, and I would not have a problem seeing him here again." Argent said. That was going into the records as well. "In fact, after a psychological evaluation, if he is deemed able, he may be requested to rejoin the Turks as well." He said. Of course, both Veld and his daughter were supposed to be dead, gunned down by Tseng, but another group that Argent had at least one supporter in was the Turks, and after promising he would not try to hurt either of them, that contact had informed him that Veld was indeed still alive. Even if he hadn't, Reno just did.

"Yes, I am at the ShinRa building. I'm speaking with the new President of ShinRa. I wanted to tell you back at the mansion, but, Maybe this could be a be a good opportunity for you to talk to him too! Rufus is gone, Zack. Our new President, Nihlus will be in control and I've already spoken with him about Avalanche, You, Cloud, Aerith and Sephiroth. He's already setting up a change of policy, which will take everyone off every hostile list. As long as no one causes them any trouble, Avalanche will be safe. Aerith and Cloud are not going to be pursed, so you can rest easier knowing this bit of information..Please trust me Zack, I am not in any way going against you, I think I've made that obvious enough. " Cissnei said into the phone, her tone was a little softer then normal, as to be at least some what respectful to the fact she was in an important meeting with the President himself here.

Cissnei gave a small nod and smile to the red-head Turk, Reno. She was glad to hear he would accept, if he was asked. For her sake, she would enjoy having partners, it wasn't exactly always safe to go rouge as a Turk. She listened to what Zack had to say, relieved that he didn't completely go distrusting of her. "Rufus won't be coming back, by the looks of it. I am sure President Nihlus and the others here will also be keeping close watch on the remaining SOLDIER's, and infantry's to insure they aren't against them. He did say, if any do attack, they aren't with them. Rufus is still out there, of course, If anything I believe he will be working with Ryosuke. There is no telling how many he took with him and what he will continue to try and do. Just give the new change a chance, I would not be here if they were hostel. " Then, at what Reno said, the faintest hint of a laugh could be heard over the phone as she spoke with Zack. "Reno here said to say hello. As soon as i'm done here, I will head as soon as possible to the mansion. See you soon,Zack. " She didn't hangup just yet, until she got his last words, Cisseni wasn't going to just close the phone on him like that!

President Nihlus waved off Cissnei's apology. "I would like to speak to Zack at some point. Even though Weapons Development provided SOLDIER, I never met anyone who made First-Class before the Sephiroth Incident. I am curious to meet Mr. Fair." He said, leaning back in his chair, now that the 'For Posterity' speech-making was over. As for you both rejoining the Turks, that is why I invited you both here. As you both accept, I want to re-instate both of you right now." He said. Then, President Nihlus tapped the side of his chair. The right arm opened up, and two small cards slid out. He grabbed both, sliding them from the small holders as the chair arm closed again. He stood up and offered both Reno and Cissnei one of the cards, freshly made Turk Identification cards. "I hereby officially reinstate both Cissnei and Reno to there former positions within Shin-Ra and it's Office of Administrative Research."

"I will be sure to let him know to come see you, though I think something is there is something going on, he sounded very stressed and needs me to come see him and the team. Will it be alright that I go find out? I will call you and provide any information he has that we may need to know here. I don't know, but I have a bad feeling...This city is under so many attacks, I don't know how Zack can handle it all sometimes." Though he was very stressed right now, it did prove he truely was a leader and strong. But it was never good to take everything on you're own. Pausing a moment, she glanced to the arm of the chair Argent was seated in, noticing him take out two small cards. Two very familiar looking ones at that. Why was she so excited to see and hear those words? "Thank you, President Nihlus.." Cissnei said, smiling as she took her Turk Identification card, and slipped out her wallet only to place it neatly into the clear slot, before pocketing it away. "I'm glad to be back!"

Cissnei nodded her head. "Yes, that is what I was thinking myself. It would be so much safer if we all joined together, for once.....As strange as that seems, even to me, I think it can be possible!" As he spoke of the previous battle, CIssnei listened, her expression seemed very surprised to hear the news. "That's great, as long as we are all prepared, now, this new battle should end swiftly, with minimum casualties. At least, I hope so." Slowly standing from her seat, the young Turk bowed slightly, She may of been a Turk, but she was still respectful to the higher ups. "I will go see Zack at the mansion, then, Thank you again! Reno, you can come too! " Then, she began on her way to exit the room they were inside, to start on the way to Avalanche mansion.

Standing in front of the ShinRa building doors, stood a confused young women. She seemed to be thinking on going inside or not. She didn't want any trouble, though as far as she knew now by many others around the city, Shin-Ra was safe and no longer hostel with the new president in charge. If this was the case, she shouldn't have any form of trouble getting back what she thought might be be here.

Finally, after a moment Terra gently pulled the doors open, before stepping inside and walking clueless to anyone she could find inside the massive tall building. She had no idea who to talk to, or where to go. "E-excuse me..? " She called out to a passing curly brown haired young women. "Can you tell me who to talk to about something that was taken from me...some time ago?" She asked the women, who just so happened to be Cissnei. "I know that it was taken here..." Which at the time it was, there was no telling if Ryosuke and his goons had taken it to there own base.Then again, if they denied it being here, could she really trust their word?
