Blade's body burst into a spray of bugs as the real one appeared at the roof, looking down on Luo through the hole above him. "Oho...but it is funny...now come on, you can't say that you've never fought me. My memory seems to be lacking, maybe you can hit a couple of times, then I can tell you where the REAL dead body of Zane Hajime..." Blade chuckled as he jumped backwards now unto the platform, waiting for Luo to jump above and attack all the while thinking of his next strategy, preparing if Luo were to appear behind him.

As Luo opened the window casually, he took off the kage robes and the hat, throwing them on the coat hanger. Flipping onto the roof he stared at Blade, once again blankly. He was not amused by this, not at all. Since Blade didn't posses a doujutsu, Luo began with the speed of the sixth stage, blurring in front of his opponent, and then ducking low and performing a series of upwards jabs to the stomach and sternum. He figured most people didn't duck on the first move, and insects were not fast enough to block all of these attacks as his speed could not be matched by an insect.

The insects were already gathered around his stomach as Luo jabbed through them, though they did lessen the impact, Blade was still hurt by this. Though the close range was enough for what Blade was preparing and expecting to happen. Blade created had created a series of seals as he held his hand out in front of him. "Suirou no Jutsu," Blade muttered as water surged next to Luo and began to encase him in a sphere of water. As he did so, insects began moving towards his back.
Suirou no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique) Description: A move used to trap the victim inside a prison of water; it is very difficult to escape. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep one hand against the prison at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This is considered one of the strongest water trapping jutsus, simply because it has no inherent duration; the technique can be held indefinitely as long as the user keeps a hand in place, and the prison cannot be escaped or broken from the inside.

As the prison surrounded him, what was in the prison seemed to fade out of view as the real Luo stood behind Blade, his body engulfing in flames as the katon jutsu Moushou Kaseiken (Fierce Flame Fist) took its place over his body. He'd used the seventh stage one more, and could feel his muscles aching. As he thrusted an opened palm to Blade's back, the true nature of the technique was revealed, as the attack seemed to explode with exceptional force on Blade's back. Although the technique could level cliff-sides, Luo concentrated it to Blade's back for one reason and one reason only: to get rid of the insects that would swarm to protect him.
Moushou Kaseiken (Fierce Flame Fist) Description: A fabled level of mastery, this version of the Kaseiken almost completely revolutionizes the previous. Rather than flames wrapping around a users fist, the fire instead engulfs the user completely and generally makes the user look imposing, even demonic. But these flames are much more than show. Now that the flame that was previously surrounding only the fist is available in such large amounts through the entire body, the destruction of the attack is also multiplied five-fold. However, this is a make or break technique. At this stage of mastery, the explosion itself can be controlled enough so that the user is not harmed, but the amount of chakra it takes to both control and create such force immediately user to fight at his limits.

As the fist came at him, Blade's body flickered while his bugs gathered togethter to stop the attack. He was now at the other side of the field as he too had activated Stage 7. The insects were lit aflame as Blade's muscles began to feel the strain of the stage. Though he did not like admitting it...Luo was much better than he was. Blade sheathed his blade and saw that it was pointless to go on. "Just wanted to check if you still had your edge..." Blade grinned as he fixed his sunglasses, his muscles relaxing ever so slightly as the sky was filled with flaming insects slwoly dying off.

((I lied. I felt like I had to reply to this post. But I'm going to bed after this.)) Brushing insects off of him, Luo sighed with a slight nod. "I'll only lose my edge when I die." He then looked at Blade remembering the whole point of the short battle as his body ceased to be engulfed in flames. "Now just like you promised, where's Zane?"

"If my insects are correct...he should be in his favorite training spot...the place where he goes to for peace and to seek strength," Blade chuckled. "This was all an act...a dramatization if you will...planned from the moment he was made Mizukage once more," Blade chuckled some more. He knew Luo would probably be furious, but he didn't care one bit. "Sorry for the act but it had to be done...though I would LOVE to see the look the Raikage's face when he realizes that Zane still lives."

A piece of rumble over turns with smoke and debris filling the office and out of it rolls LT cradling the coffee maker. After coughing for a bit LT stands up and held his prize in both hands above his head. "YES!" LT shouted, he then quickly realized that he interrupted a important discussion so he quieted down quickly.

As LT popped out, Luo's eyes widened for a moment before returning to their normal state. He said a bit sarcastically, "You've been there the whole time? Do me a favor and gather up all of the mist shinobi LT. Find them all and bring them to my office." He then looked at Blade as he spoke. Finishing, Luo only stared into his sunglasses with placidity on his face as he muttered, "Idiot." It was all he could come up with for Zane's ridiculous charades. "I figured you would have grown up by now Zane! You were the Mizukage for gods sake. Think about how what you do affects your country, your people." As Luo spoke within his own thoughts, he let out a sigh through a small smile as he jumped back into his office. It reminded him of scolding Zane when they were younger. Looking around, he grabbed the robe and hat and put them on, letting the hat fall behind him as he watched ANBU men rush in and clean the office, placing a desk of bamboo from the mist forest in the old desks place, and a tatami mat on one side of the desk, with two mats for guests on the other. "It seems they already knew what I wanted," Luo said to no one in particular. Sighing, he walked over to his position and sat as a man placed a seating pillow under him. However nice it may have seemed, Luo felt entirely uncomfortable with this treatment. "So, what of all the records and files that were in this office, and scrolls in the library? Where are those?"

A group of 10 ANBU walked in with one big box with all of the scrolls of the library inside.
LT got off the ground and put the coffee maker on the counter and got a new chair. He then bowed toward the Mizukage and then left the office.

"So Mizukage sama..." Blade chuckled at the entire ruse that he and Zane managed to pull off in order to grant the village some peace. "Anything else you'd like to know?"

Drumming his fingers for a moment staring at the box, Luo shook his head. "No, nothing for now. However, these scrolls will now be housed in a separate building, and the library serve only for historical purposes. Kiri hasn't spent money on virtually any building projects in sixteen years, so we have a surplus of money. At least that's what I've always assumed growing up. My first commission as kage is a scroll house." Mulling it over, Luo nodded with content. Only if the country knew what he had in store.

"A scroll house? That would be pretty beneficial for the Village. You should go for it...the Anbu would be able to build it within the day," Blade commented as he adjusted his sunglasses, distracting Luo from the insect that clutched gently unto the hangings of Luo's robe. The insect would watch him to make sure that if Luo was in trouble, Blade would always know where to find him.

Luo looked at Blade dully as the bug clutched onto his robe. It was then he realized why Blade was doing it muttering, "I guess this is necessary given the circumstances. Well, let's at least make this look interesting." Standing up, Luo took off the robe and threw it in the air, slicing the sleeves to elbow length, and hemming to bottom to calf length(4th Hokage). As it fell, he put it back on, rummaging through drawers until he found buttons. Pulling out senbon and wire, he began threading three buttons along the robe, all six inches apart. Buttoning the bottom two buttons and slicing the neck upwards a bit, Luo stood straight finally, the wind blowing through the opened windows causing his new attire to blow in the wind, his hat dangling behind him. "This will have to do for now," Luo said to himself aloud. He then turned to Blade. "Actually, there are two men in particular I am hoping to guard the scroll house. You'll all meet them soon enough if they're still around."

"Oh...well that's great, and believe me when I say that I'll make sure I spot a foreign threat a mile away," Blade chuckled as he sat down on a chair. "So what would you have ME do?"
