EdwardHau Peppermint Elf EdwardHau I cried when Mufasa died.. And in this movie The Edge, when a bear mauled the hell out of this guy man I started crying. I was like eleven and it freaked me out. xd
I didn't cry at the end of Bebop, I just sort of stared at my screen totally satisfied in every way. What a perfect ending. I get teary eyed at the funeral for Hughes, when his daughter starts crying. Hmm.. That's all I can think of right now. Oh wait, the ending of The Green Mile. crying I made my mom watch Grave of the Fireflies and handed her a box of tissue. She insisted that she didn't need it. I come back towards the end and she's blubbering. I handed her the tissues and said "See? I toooooold you that you'd need 'em!" She just said "Why?! Why did you make me watch such a sad movie? gonk crying " twisted
I also cried at the end of the Kenshin OAVs. sweatdrop Reflection made me mist up a little, not so much with the others.I sobbed loudly in theater when I saw the first Pokemon movie.. emo

Streamjumper Akimbo What the <********> PETA? What are those overreacting tools up to again? PETA vs The Olsen TwinsSeriously, what the ********? I'm as upset about the use of fur as the next person when it comes to killing harmless animals, but what the ******** PETA? They're just a bunch of radicals that make themselves look worse than help their cause, attacking the flippin Olsen Twins isn't going to make people stand up and be like "HEY YOU'RE RIGHT. WE NEED TO STOP KILLING THEM MINKS". That's why I don't go for PETA, I may be an activist on my own level but I'm not ready to go that far and come off as an idiot. Be sure to check out the myspace they made.

They're acting pretty childish about it- it may be important to them, but there are WAY better ways to get things done than bullying.

LOL friend drama makes me feel like I'm in high school again.
In high school I was friends with these three girls (from freshman to senior years), but we didn't have much in common... they talked about American Idle when I wanted to talk about good music or literature or something (or even, just anything..). Anyway, they got mad when I dumped my boyfriend and got another one and just stopped talking to me while I was hospitalized for a week. Then they said that while I was in the hospital, I was spreading rumors about my ex and one of them being together. xd Oh yeah, while I get surgery I love to call up all the people I know at school and tell them rumors. Shouj remembers this time well... she had a little bout with one of them on livejournal. heart

I don't particularly agree much with fashion fur, due to the rampant conditions in fur farms... much for the same reason that I don't particularly like the idea of veal... but these ******** need to learn that one needs to accept that you can't win every battle just by upping the ante with childish name calling and temper tantrums. Once upon a time they were a respectable organization, but much like many other causes they were taken over by rabid extremists.

But now..man, all the stunts they pull like this just make me unhappy with them even more. I'm not a fashion of fur or cruelty towards animals at all, I'm rather against it actually and get weird about some of the products that I buy. I'm not sure I'd ever want to go along with PETA, though, with the way that they conduct most of their operations in the goal of animal rights. There has got to be better things that they could be doing than going after, now, the Olsen Twins. What happened to fundraising and trying to get people to join their cause with a valid, well spoken message? I could look at them bashing people all the time, but will I ever hate those people? No, I'll still focus on the animals. So what, they're celebrities and they wear fur, that's their choice and making some website about them along with posters and doing a whole campaign to assault isn't helping at all.

What's going to be funny as all hell is when they finally cross the line into libel and slander. Given their penchant for dancing right on said fine line, its going to happen eventually. The other problem with PETA-tards is that they don't understand the idea of middle ground. I can understand their inability to comprehend that many hunters have great respect and a fair amount of sympathy for the animals they hunt, but what gets me is that if you agree with them on any point, they immediately expect you to be a raging vegan cause-head.

I felt that yule was being under-represented in our holiday dress, so I took a shot at it.
I wish we had sickles... I had to choose between a golden sword or the bloody machete.

I can understand their inability to comprehend that many hunters have great respect and a fair amount of sympathy for the animals they hunt, but what gets me is that if you agree with them on any point, they immediately expect you to be a raging vegan cause-head. Yeah, and you know any lawsuit that's put against them they'll get into court and say something about it being against their organization, and how unfair it is to put some sort of judgment on their cause for the entire world. Don't get me wrong, like I said, I really don't enjoy the slaughtering of animals for luxurious items like food or clothing. I'm just..ugh, I'm a bit disgusted in how they take things like this and do complete campaigns to try and force some sort of judgment on people/groups. Hell, I watched the 'lost episode' video they made on their website, and I feel no hatred against the Olsen Twins. In fact, it made me want to watch Full House. Complete opposite of what they were going for, I'm sure. There are different ways to get your point across instead of going after a couple of washed up celebrities by bashing them through online and real-life campaigns against them. What do they expect people to do, kill the Olsen Twins and skin them alive as a gift to the PETA organization? Kind of sad that I actually wanted to be a part of the group when I was younger, thinking it was for a good cause. Now I see it's more about hating on celebrities wearing fur or throwing paint at people at a fashion show. Whatever, PETA, you can get your crazy organization money that isn't coming out of me or my help. I'm giving my money to another organization that focuses more on the cause than bashing famous people. talk2hand
