I think there's some kind of desire to make her somehow more than just the monster's mummy. There's actually some work on this, including some done by said professor. Her original status as just "monster-woman" has been debated, as have the translations involved. The hot scholarship on the matter wants to make her some facet of an earlier mother goddess, and my guess is that the pop culture aspect is at least loosely based around that.
As to food, uh... *cough* Yeah, I oughta eat breakfast more, and that involves waking up in time. Normally I settle for lunch, but everyone knows that's not really the same.

TeaDidikai Breakfast burretos are your friend Tattered. Make a dozen of them in one go, then freeze them. Oh, indeed they are. *lol* Especially full of green chile. I don't make them myself as often as I should, though. Definitely need to be doing more of that.

Left Wheel is shaking like crazy and doesn't like to move. Its at goodyear right now. I made it out of the parking lot this afternoon, and pulled into the next one that I could. Thank goodness my dad was home.

Nuri Dunno. We're thinking it was the CV joint. Left Wheel is shaking like crazy and doesn't like to move. Its at goodyear right now. I'll be hoping it's just the wheel bearing, then. A lot cheaper part, and a lot easier for the mechanic to replace. Had to replace both of them on a buddy's car once.
