You're soooooo close to done, though! And we may have one more freebie day, if I can swing it... You should at least keep hanging out and go for the consolation prize, right? (If you can't, that's cool too, but still XP )
dohh now that you mentioned it, I'm only a month off arn't I?.. it IS pretty close...hmm maybe I'll try and continue, and if we have another freebie day I'll do that. Otherwise it's okay- 70 days is almost 2/3's,, that's pretty good for me! lol
He wondered if maybe he was just being foolish and much too stubborn for his own good. That seemed entirely possible. It would be so much easier and better for him to just…not try anymore, give up, forget whatever it was that he had been trying so hard to protect. It was all, in the end, just wasted energy, anyway. His actions were pointless, so giving up could be the only logical solution. Give up and end this once and for all. It made sense; it made a lot of sense.
And, yet, he found himself holding on, holding onto the thin vestiges of resilience he had, holding onto the memories of her smile, her laugh, the feel of her hair, the taste of her lips. Yes, he knew that he could withstand anything as long as he could remember her.
And even in his current state he couldn’t help but be amused at how she continued to be his strength even when she wasn’t there doing anything. That was okay, though. She could take care of everything as long as he never gave up.
It's a pooping sloth!!! seriously though, if you ever need to brighten up your day a little, just YouTube pooping sloth, it's the most adorable thing in the world, I swear. emotion_c8
