Streamjumper Skizzors TweedleKeys Oh, I asked a friend and he said that you don't send your hard drive in. He said to be sure not to because they won't send it back. The reason he did was that he actually had a hard drive problem instead of a rrod. Yay, saves! ... You can take the hard drive out? o_o; ..damn.]http://youtube.com/watch?v=5GXRcCGkSmg..damn. Sweet.

Akimbo Streamjumper Spoof lyrics written to sound like the German lyrics. I meant the song just in general, without the lyrics. THE DANCING. Also, person in the green? Man or a woman? Its a German disco song... I think those words go a long way to explain the song, the dancing, and any clothing involved. I'd guess the large moustache on the green-clad dancer makes him a guy... I'd say he looks like a guy anyways, but that's just me.

I might as well do this, because my Novembers are burning a hole in my pocket: Anyone want a couple of November '07s that are unopened? Just tell me what you're willing to pay.
(Hey, I had them on reserve, but they seem to not be popular. I could vend them, but I figure that they'd do better with AGers, and Barty hasn't said anything to me, I don't think.)

I've been existing in a serious cloud of musical nostalgia the last week or two... Back in 93-94, a Hartford area radio station, 104.1, switched over from an easy listening format to become one of the earlier modern rock stations. At this point, most of the stations you'd listen to newer stuff on either mashed em in with the general top 40 or slid em in between classic rock, hard rock, and some metal... but this new channel was more or less all newer rock, with little bits of older stuff to fill it out here and there. At first, like most new channels, it was just recorded bumpers here and there, with the occasional comment from the engineer keeping things running... but after a month it started picking up DJs (including Darkside Dave, the grave-shift engineer who got the greenlight from the higher-ups to just do the night shift with the help of an intern or two), evolved a few blocks, and got a name, WMRQ (Modern RoQ, get it?). Sadly, after about a decade of being totally kickass on the Connecticut, Southwestern Mass scene, with a morning show hosted by Twisted Sister's Dee Snyder (and regularly visited by the likes of Dicky Barrett and Cici Diville, among others) a trio of annual shows along with the bevvy of smaller outings, and tons of fans, Sagget Communication eventually decided to switch the format to total urban hip-hop and rap... Literally overnight. Fans were totally surprised to tune in the next morning and find nothing but rap and taped bumpers... and many of the staff were surprised to find out they no longer had a job unless they wanted to sign on with new positions at this freshly minted s**t factory. It seems that the market for rap and hip-hop is either too small or too loyal to the pre-existing channels to have switched over, because one day when riding somewhere in my sister's car I fiddled with her radio when she ran in somewhere to get something, leaving me the chance to try to find some decent music for me and the boys... and I heard some mid-90s modern rock... since most of her channels are dance and hip-hop, I checked the dial to see 104.1 beaming back at me. SHOCK. In the two or three weeks since, they seem to still be in the taped bumpers and occasional commercial stage, but 104.1 is indeed back, but with another FCC callsign that escapes me at the moment. And they're playing some newer stuff, but mostly stuff that used to be on 104 all the ******** time... awesome s**t like Goldfinger, Filter, Candlebox, early Foo Fighters, and other great tunes from when I was in college. And today I heard Suckerpunch by the Refreshments. So I looked them up on youtube for shits and giggles... and found out that while they had indeed broken up, the lead singer had went on to form another band, The Peacemakers... and they were doing some of the Refreshments' old tunes in addition to their own. It would also seem that they're even more awesome live than the Refreshments were when I saw them in Providence... http://youtube.com/watch?v=xj1wqg5cfO0TL;DR: OOOOOLLLLLLLDDDDD~~~~ Hey, look, shiny music!

Streamjumper Ashram McDuck Streamjumper Kinetic Dream Kin concurs with Secret Santa. 3nodding Stream agrees with Kin. Ash concurs with both parties HIyAKU PASENTO. Stream is wondering why Stream, Ashram, and Kin have lost all knowledge of the first person tense. Ashram thinks this is due to the fact that speaking in the third person tense is so much cooler. Ashram gets lots of funny looks when Ashram does it, so the act of speaking in the third person tense must be too awesome for normal people.

Oh Lawd. gonk Currentlly on a computer with a level of fail that is unheard of. It's Windows 98, has dail-up, lacks some of my basic needs, like AIM. Does not have what I need to use things like Towns, and so many other things which I don't care to list at this time. gonk
Well AG, last night I did something, well to be honest I have no idea what to say, I'm still rather surprised at myself. I'd ask for advice, but I'd rather keep it to myself for now. I'm still felling a bit sick just thinking about it. And no, that does not mean it was something bad, sorry Mala, no gore.
Also, Rave, if your still there, wake up that lazy idiot I want to talk to him.
