Masato rolls his eyes. "Really, Raiko? I suppose that is true, if you want to get others to band together to kill you." He lets out an annoyed sigh. "You can get away with behaving however you'd like when it comes to people who care about you, like family, or people who need you, like Shion, but when it comes to everyone else, if you want to get what you want you'll need to learn basic manners. Maia does whatever she wants with no care for the consequences, obviously, but she has the standing to do so. People in society can't so easily go against her wishing due to her position within it. You, however, are not so lucky. You will need to learn how to interact with people on the same level, even if it means faking niceness. " As he finishes explaining he leans backwards, his hands behind him leaning on the ground.Mizuki manages to find her room. She plops onto her bed when she gets there, face first into the pillow. She holds the pillow against her face and lets out a groan of annoyance. "Uugh!" After letting out her scream into the pillow, she turns over onto her back and lets out a sigh as she relaxes. "Where does she get off, anyway? Using me for some sort of plan without even telling me what it is... And manipulating me to do so at that!" She picks up the pillow and slides it out from under her head, then throws it at the wall. "Ugh! ******** it, she can forget about that! Whatever her plan is I'm not going to play any part of it!" After a few seconds she lets out another sigh and goes silent. She just lays on her back 'staring' at the ceiling.

Holding his sister upside down, Raiko hummed at what Masato said. His method kept him alive pretty okay, but what the older male said made sense "Yeah, I guess." he sighed rubbing the back of his head in a lazy fashion.
"So, I just have to obtain money and power to act like Maia? Asuha asked with a gleam in her eyes. Maia was smart and on her level, though tainted by 'feelings' which impacted the older girl's wisdom, she seemed like the right person's footsteps to follow in. "Where does one start the journey for power Sa-chan?" she asked not bothered with being upside down. She had to use her hands to hold her jacket down from falling in her face, but other wise didn't care.

”Building such money and power is impossible without basic manners, so I’d say start with that. As for acting like Maia, I’m afraid that achieving power and wealth is not enough to be able to do that safely. Her privilege is enjoyed due to her parent’s work; when she takes on that work herself she will have to change her attitude or she will end up losing that privilege. This is how those in power stay in power despite families such as Maia’s or Mizuki’s. Society has built a system in which they can keep even the most powerful people on a leash.” He explains, not bothering to go with a simple explanation due to recognizing Asuha’s intellect.

Asuha nodded slowly. She had not been around any towns long enough to see any social hierarchy on her own, but it made sense ally. "So, you will teach me manners so that I may be powerful enough to rule over the intellectually inferior lifeforms correct?" She asked Masato seriously.

Masato sighs and shakes his head. ”Not possible. There are many different systems in place in society run by many different people. Due to those systems it is impossible to gain control over the entire world without the use of extreme force, possibly even annihilation. That’s precisely why Shion needs the twins. She needs the power they can bring her. With the prophesied power she can overwrite the systems entirely if she wanted. Of course, if her power was taken away she’d lose everything she had done if she did it that way, but I’m sure she has some plan for that. Regardless, ruling over the intellectually inferior is pointless. They work against each other so much it makes the fights this group has look laughable. Besides, with the systems in place it’d honestly be better to let them destroy themselves first.”

Ashua sighs. "Oh well. It was a nice notion to think about. But, just for personal gain and future...success, I would like for you to teach me that manners so that I may thrive in my future endevors." Ashua thought through what she could gain on learning manners. "What else should I know that my idiot brother forgone teaching me to live in society?"

Flipping herself up, Asuha sat on Raiko's should and slapped him upside his head. "So much for teaching me important life lessons." She scowled at the boy, her estimate of his intellect dropping dramatically.
Raiko scoffed, tempted to drop his post of a sister on the ground. "Can't teach you what I never learned." He told her with an eye roll .

”Don’t blame him for not teaching you these things. You are only his sister. If you want to blame someone blame your parents, it was their job to not only teach you these things, but set up a safety net for you in case something happened to them. For example, you can choose someone to look after your children in case something happens to you. Though even if that doesn’t happen the system should’ve taken you into their care. In the twins’ cases, they were forced to flee from their homes with no knowledge of who they could turn to. What exactly happened that you were left taking care of yourself and your sister?” Masato looks at Raiko, now curious as to how they ended up on their own.

Raiko's head snapped towards Masato, his eyes flashing dangerously as his hands clenched tightly into fists. "Our mother left." He said as casually as he could as he looked away. "I am Ashua's guardian should anything happen. It happened and I took over caring for her as best I could."

”So my suspicions were correct.” Masato lets out a sigh of disappointment. ”Well, in that case it is most definitely reasonable to blame your brother for his poor decision of not going to the authorities.” He looks at Asuha again. ”However, your mother is even more at fault. If I were not taught about society at such a young age, I wouldn’t have thought to find someone that would be willing to help me survive. Though in my case such a lack of knowledge would’ve resulted in my death.” He casually shrugs at his own statement. ”Anyway, after all of this is over you should go with Kylee. She has sufficient means to find you a family who will take care of you.” He pauses, suddenly thinking about Mizuki. ”She’ll be able to find the perfect place for you to go.” A slight grin adorns his face at the idea of getting Raiko further away from Mizuki.

”Apparently I already have, mister grumpy face.” He rolls his eyes. ”Are your deduction skills so poor that you can’t figure out that you wouldn’t be split up? Or perhaps you thought I was merely referring to Asuha? As for your comment about my family, well, I don’t really care for it either way to be honest. By the time the family went to s**t they already thought me long dead.” He looks somewhat amused, but his gaze is affixed on Raiko with a sharp glare. ”People’s capacity for acting impulsively never ceases, It would seem.”

"Opinions from nymphomaniacs tend to do that to people." Raiko scoffed "And for your information, we would be split. Don't you know families don't want older kids? And how do you think adults will feel when a three year old out smarts them out of everything?" He asked, his voice getting heated and venomous as he went. "What if she has shifting abilities like me? Families don't want freaks. If my mother taught me anything, it was that nobody wants freaks of nature as children. We will sooner be killed than loved. You may be willing to risk our lives but I'm not. "

”What an annoying child.” He looks at Asuha now. ”Asuha, your brother’s on a spree with his insults. I’m sure Kylee heard this whole conversation, too. Good luck surviving with that loud mouth of a brother pissing off the powerful.” He adorns a cheerful expression, but there’s obvious contempt in his words.Kylee grabs the back of Raiko’s shirt, by the collar, pulling him back only enough to make him aware of her presence. ”So what you’re saying is that I am incapable of ensuring the home you would go to is a perfect fit?” She speaks right into his ear, bending down so that they’re on the same level. She’s honestly rather insulted by the notion, and it shows. ”You’re also saying nobody wants ‘freaks of nature’ as you call them? Look around, boy. How many of those freaks of nature are here would you say? Most of us had a loving home at one point. Maia even still does. Are you really sticking to that claim?”Maia turns her head to look over at Kylee at this point, but she doesn’t do anything more. She’s just lazily laying on the ground.
