Hotaru was standing beside Taro listening to Talon and him as they spoke. Nodding her head making sure she was listening to every word they said. Seeing Judal she smiled and waved over to him. "Judal-san, I didn't see you there. So you made it." she said walking over to him. When Taro was done explaining the benefits of the game she nodded her head and was ready to attempt to win. "I use to play fighting games all the time at home with Serah. Maybe I'll be able to win...or..if I lose...I hope I don't have to do anything to drastic." she said in a worried tone.

x Maro nodded at Mr. Dresden indicating he wouldn't put too much into the drama and have the staff handle the bullying problem, but in all honesty, if worse came to worst, he would beat the staff and put matters into his own hands. He wouldn't admit it though. At that moment, he was about to leave the room, until he heard a knocking of the door, a familiar fairy walking inside. Maro watched her come in and take a glance at him, immediately thanking him. He chuckled a quick second before giving her a constant smile. It was no problem. Don't worry about it, he said indicating she didn't need to bow to him or anything for doing this one favor.
Immediately, he felt that doing this was a good thing because he felt the tension let off from he and Ivory. He had to be more understanding though when it came to the girl, so he would most definitely work on that.
When she began to talk to him about training her, he quickly knew this was to take his cue and leave. He walked near the door, grabbing hold of Aerith's hand softly, before heading towards the door to make an exit. We'll speak to you later, Ivory, he said hoping that the fact she thanked him meant that she would hopefully like him a bit more. Leaving at that, he walked out the room with Aerith.
When they made it outside, he looked at Aerith and sighed out in relief sliding his back onto the door until he reached the floor, quickly taking notice of her small smile. He gave her a returning smile before he rose back to his feet. Okay, let's go out somewhere! Everyone's else has been out and having fun and I think we should also! Maybe Ivory will be able to catch up to us.

I'm fine, he said as she was still crouched down on the ground next to him. He gave her a quick smile before hearing Lazuli's response. He stared at her with widened eyes at her response about men being deceiving; that was cold, and she knew exactly why he felt that way. He shook off the thought, looking down at the ground for a while before standing back up and beginning the charging of the attack he stole from Lazuli.
As the orb of energy gotten bigger and stronger, the arm that was using the power would began to scratch and bruise up. The arm of his school-like jacket would tear also as it got stronger. At the peak of the power, Lazuli decided to immediately take her leave, causing Ten to stare surprisingly where Lazuli had stood at before disappearing off. The orb of energy started to disappear in response to this, flicking in appearance a few times as it shrunk into nothingness. After it was finally gone, he collapsed onto one knee, coughing up more blood, sounding in pain. Never has an attack inflicted this much damage to him just from absorbing it. Usually he wouldn't take any damage, but this was different.
Before Alice could come close to him, he would bring his hand up to stop her. I'm fine! he would say before trying to stand up on his feet, collapsing a few seconds later, laying on the ground almost unconscious. " W h y i s t h i s s o m u c h w o r k "

Suwako Moriya Suwako had finished cleaning up the rest of her class outside and decided to head up to the staff lounge to relax not having any better plans to do that day, she enjoyed her class no real paper work or follow up, just teach and enlighten then prep for tomorrow
"Hmm I could go for something to eat" Suwako stated feeling the small pangs of hunger hit her stomach

What I want to see are the shapes in the dark. What I want to hear are footsteps as they hesitate.  What I want to know is where I really belong. Rumia watched and stood back as the group talk among themselves feeling sort of left out but that was understandable she wasn't the best conversationalist "We should get to doing something if we stand around and talk the day will pass us by" Rumia suggested to the group.

Shila watched as the assassin took a satisfied reaction to the zombie's struggles, but felt she actually did something right and helpful for once. She took this time to click the top of the music note, relaying a quick message. Anyone able to hear this right now! I'm in trouble in Rumia's woods! Come please! she quickly shouted into the communicator before suddenly being hoisted into the air by thread. She ended up dropping the communicator due to the surprise.
Shila screamed when she felt herself trapped and vulnerable to anything. All she heard was Shila! Calm down, we're on our way. from the voices of Ron and Lake. The musician and water elemental would be on their way immediately after that.
Shila continued hovering in the air, unable to move or use any of her other powers due to them being exhausted out. Kyurem, please hold them off until Ron and Lake can get here! she said feeling bad as she wasn't as helpful as she could be in this fight. She was basically out of commission and done all the use she could possibly give.

Should I ask? I don't think I'm going to ask, she said as she started walking over to the game station, ready to start the tournament. Now the hard part. Whose going to match up with who first? she asked raising an eyebrow and curious on who would go against who.

He glanced up and watched as Ivory strolled into the room, giving her thanks to Maro before standing across from him, meeting eyes. When she apologized and asked him to take her on as his pupil he sighed and took of his glasses, wiping them down with a handkerchief. "no need to apologize. I have been made aware of the circumstances behind your tardiness..." he said, dismissing her concerns or worries in that regard. "Speaking of circumstances, are you sure you are in the proper mindset to begin training tonight? I understand that what happened had quite the traumatic effect on you, and since magic is an art of the mind it won't do you any good to strain yourself if it is still weighing heavily on your thoughts" he told her, putting his glasses back on. "If you'd like you may take some time to rest and put some time between your recent incident and the beginning of your training." he offered, not about to try to teach her magic if she was still affected by trauma.

He looked over at Lena, a competitive spark in his eye when she said not to get too mad if she won. "no promises" he said with a smirk. When Lena asked who would be facing off against who, Taro glanced up at the ceiling and closed his eyes. "how about Talon vs. Arisu, Shifra vs. Hotaru, and Judal gets a free pass to the semi finals because I honestly doubt he even knows what a joystick is, let alone how to use one, so he needs a handicap..." he said, just quickly putting together a bracket in his head at random. "that just leaves you and me Lena" he said, stepping up to the cabinet. "come on, I wouldn't want to keep you waiting, so how about we go first?" he said confidently, starting up the game and kicking it off by firing a barrage of fireballs at Lena, "spamming" if you will.

Hibachi watched on like an awed child as Zae'el gave his introduction, and actually started clapping softly in applause once he had finished. "wow...so cool..." she murmured, turning to Trent "I don't see you coming up with cool speeches Ranty" she criticized, adding more nails into his coffin. When Zae'el approached Axel and slipped a feather into her hair the girl was swooning so hard it made Hibachi blush just from proximity. "damn that guy is smooth, you could definitely learn a thing or two from him" she whispered, watching as he headed off. "I bet if he had been there with us when we tried to seduce Axel we'd still be in bed right now" she added, seeing how smitten Axel seemed. Hibachi actually thought she looked really cute like that, it was obviously a side of her they hadn't gotten to see before on account at their failed attempts to sway her. "Alright next stop the candy shop!" Hibachi cried out cheerfully. "Axel said she'd buy me whatever I want, so I'm getting a 5 gallon bucket of hot fudge!" she declared triumphantly, as if that would actually be on sale there.
