@Antonio, no you're still limited to one buff. Thus why clones always start with a higher buff than any normal buff jutsu/item of equal level.

Your example is a downright misrepresentation as it limits it to one style.
Sure, it does an efficient amount compared to clones (for your one chosen style)... but it does 0 bonus to every other type of damage or accuracy. If your a character that's not 100% nin (focusing like that as shown before can be a drawback do to defending against different types and limited effect choices) then the clones are more efficient until they start to degrade.

Taijutsu:
I and all of my illusions charge forward to attack at the same time, causing my opponent to not know where to defend from.

Ninjtusu:
I and all of my illusions make hand seals and appear to make magical attacks of some variety, but only one of the attacks is real as the others are illusion

Genjtusu:
The clones, being illusions themselves, surround the opponent and make crazy hand seals that the opponent is meant to look at to trap them even further in the genjutsu. It works because they are being used to amplify the genjutsu trap which makes perfect sense since they are genjtusu themselves.

Item:
See whatever style fits best.

I have now illustrated the example with every style.

No, you're missing the point.
If you limit it to one of those styles, it's still less acc, and it still ONLY buffs ONE style.
How that is being ignored is beyond me. Sure if you want to activate 3 seperate jutsu/items then you might have a point, but 3 compaired to one = huge chakra / fatigue cost difference.

Why does it have to be limited to a style?

What I am asking is why the illusion clones are only defensive accuracy when I have come up with examples of how they could be used to improve the chance of making an offensive technique hit.

*slams face against desk*
No see your not understanding (and that's two different questions).

In your example, you where using the drawback on normal buffs to get a higher bonus and saying "look it's almost as high as the clones and higher in other places, therefor it's better"
My point was, it was higher in the ONE STYLE it was buffing, while being lower in every other style because you where limiting it to just the one.

Ie your example buffed ninjutsu while the clones buffed not only ninjutsu but also genjutsu and taijutsu with one skill. If you used a normal buff effect to buff all 3 similarly those numbers would be substantially lower. Understand?

As for the offensive, I already explained this. It was simply excluded with the illusions to balance out the cost - buff ratio when compared to the real clones.

I Just thought of an Idea...

Don't know if it would fly or anything but it's always good to make sure...

Sooo..... Instead of "Buying Biju" why don't we just have 1 chance of taming one, being stats and a Dice roll?

Like say for instance, the Biju would be set up like a Kage except be two or three times as powerful.....

The Dice would determin your Percentage of Capturing the Biju or not.

I mean it could be like a Random event thing too.. Like Capture the flag type thing, ( Everyone would roll against each other and depending on how "Low" they roll they move on to the next person and what not.

Technically RP since they would have like half their stats by the time they faught the beast so yeah... sounds like a good Idea to me any ways.

The Last one to stand would be able to face the Biju and possibly have a chance to capture it.

I don't really have a problem with buying the tailed beasts. I think it's more fair than relying on chance.

Hai, chance is a real b***h yea.
no chance on demon acquisition that would be most terrible.

I am apathetic, because while I recognize that my opportunity to gain the five tailed element dog that I've been struggling for is slightly improved with a chance system, since I'm never, ever going to have the most money of anyone in the guild even though I don't buy new things for myself anymore, I don't feel that a game where the strong get stronger and the weak remain exactly where they are is going to help improve our ability to have fun here.

Devil, I think mayhaps you are the nimrod. before you wiped your post I could see no sign what so ever of you understanding the locations in which each character was located. Your character behaved in interaction with each character as if they were standing out in the open on the street or something, which was about as far from the case as it can get. try figuring out what your doing before you post, and then get all huffy with those your posting with, when you are in the wrong.

Dude, you have like 400k+ gg sitting on your avi as we speak

If we were to ever do a chance thing for Bijuu, I'd say we do a lottery style system. For instance, Lets say we're going off of the D100, and each number (1-100) costs 1-10k to reserve/bet on. And, maybe theres a buying limit of 10 slots. After all the numbers are bet on, there would be a roll, and the member who bought that slot gets it.

Unlike trying to capture it with uber stats or buying through auction, that might actually be fair. 100k isn't that hard to come by.
