(Breezekit needs to pull the piece of wood out too!)
[Iceears dipped her head to the two warriors and said,]
"It's alright."
[Iceears looked at Breezekit and nodded before saying,]
"Yes marigold will help. I already have it in this little pile. This is marigold, these are poppy seeds, used to reduce pain or shock, and these are cobwebs, used to stop bleeding and help keep out infection. Now Breezekit, pull out that piece of wood."

BreezekitI never thought this would be my fate,[Breezekit walked over to Pepperpaw and started to gently pull the stick out. When she pulled it out a small spurt of blood came out.]"Sorry if it hurt...."[She mumbled around the stick. She pulled it out of the way and set it aside where no one would step on it.]"Is that okay?"[She nodded towards the stick. Trying to ask if it was in a place where no one would step on it.] Yet it seems that it is true.

"That's perfectly fine. Later we will dispose of it some no one will ever step on it."
[Iceears said kindly. Iceears turned towards the wound and started chewing up the marigold to put it on the wound. She turned to Breezekit and said,]
"Help me chew this up. Remember add the liquid before cobwebs."

We are the swift... We are the strong...  Pepperpaw[Pepperpaw dug his fore claws into the ground when the wood was being removed. He swallowed back a whimper, for fear they would slow down and take longer if he complained.]
[He listened to Iceears explain the herbs she had brought back. He remembered vaguely what poppy seeds were for. He had heard warriors talk about them, even if it was seldom. We are and always will be... Breezeclan...

[Embergaze shifted on his haunches then stood, bashfully staring at his feet again.]
"Um..." he began, still a little cautious of Mapleleaf for some reason, "I'm not exactly sure where Oakpaw is...but would you mind if I came and watched?"

Anyone remember who RP'd Oakpaw?))
[Mapleleaf nodded, muffling a purr.]
"Of course not! I was planning on actually asking you to come watch... Cloverpaw's a might fast learner," Mapleleaf meowed, her green eyes shining.
[Mapleleaf called Cloverpaw, who immediately padded over. His eyes shone excitedly as he flicked his tail. Mapleleaf rose to her paws, then flicked her tail for Embergaze to follow. They padded out onto the moor, into an area with springy turf. Mapleleaf rounded on Cloverpaw, a mock snarl on her face as she crept toward him.]
"Defense moves! I'm heading toward yor nursery, and I'm stealing kits! How are you going to stop me?" Mapleleaf queried.
[Cloverpaw narrowed his eyes and brought himself up. He reared back on his two back paws, leaving his belly completely undefended. Mapleleaf rushed forward, taking her chance. But Cloverpaw was too fast. He rolled to the side, though it left the "nursery" open, he quickly rolled back over and pummeled Mapleleaf's face lightly. She jumped away in surprise, but Cloverpaw took the advantage. He rushed forward, batting at her nose and eyes with sheathed claws, then raked one paw down her face. He continued to push her backward, until she was heaving for breath, then he made his last move and darted around behind her, leapt onto her back, and before Mapleleaf knew what was happening, he had her muzzle pressed into the grass. She pushed him off, rolling over and panting.]
"You great lump! Excellent job!" Mapleleaf praised, both her eyes and Cloverpaw's shining with pride. ____________________________________________

"Uh, umm. E-Embergaze. Would you like to hunt with me?" She mewed plainly, terrified to finally ask him. Larkcry looked up at the sky. It was growing darker as storm-clouds gathered. She could feel the air growing denser, with the humidity rising.
I'm finding feelings I can't retain.

 Spadepaw "Perfection is impossible. She mewed lightly, her tail stump wiggling lightly. Halfways with unease, halfways with loving joy.]
"Greetings Iceears, Breezekit. How is everything so far?"
[She nodded to Breezekit in respect to the she-cat who had finally gotten her mentor. She paused at the sight of Pepperpaw's injured pad, but let her pelt lie flat to know it was being treated well. She looked him over.]
All i know is that he is my everything...is that love? Oh, Dicepaw wouldn't know love! She's never even sniffed at a tom other than Cloverpaw! Of course i love him!

We are the swift... We are the strong... Pepperpaw [Pepperpaw craned his neck to watch Breezekit chew the herb Iceears had called marigold. He lay his head back down with a sigh only to hear Spadepaw's voice.]
[Pepperpaw jumped up immediately to his paws, wincing as he did so.] "Spadepaw!"
[Pepperpaw did his best to look and sound normal. He didn't want Spadepaw worrying about what happened. He would let the clan slowly realize that Joypaw was gone.] "Did you train at all today?" We are and always will be... Breezeclan...
