"Fang and Growly for sure," Kasiya replied, watching her Pokemon team playing around as they walked. I should recall them, she thought. I don't want them getting too tired before the upcoming battle. "Fang being a flying type and Growly being a fire type, I don't think that either of them will have much of a problem," she said.

Keegan and Vulpix made their way down Jagged Pass again, this time he turned and looked at the route that lead back to his hometown. I'll be back, he thought, picking up Vulpix and setting him in the basket on the front of his Acro Bike. And I promise I'll make everyone proud. He hopped down the ledges and pedaled on, not sure of where he was going, but excited anyways. Vulpix made happy noises as they went, the wind rustling through his tail. Still being young, the Vulpix's one tail had not split into six yet, although it was no longer white. The conditions of Keegan recieving Vulpix were very simple - if the fox's trainer hadn't come to pick him up after his tail changed colour, then Keegen would get to take care of him. Needless to say, the trainer never came.

(( Wow, I haven't posted in over five pages. >__o ))
Deciding to go ahead Mitsu walked over to the strange thunderbolt shaped button on the gym floor. It was rather large, and she stepped onto it. With a 'Click!' The wall of electricty in front of her shut off, revealing a trainer behind it. Dang! I guess Ivy will have to take care of this trainer Mitsu thought. She was hopping that no trainer would be in the way.
"You're not getting to Wattson! I'll beat you right here!" The Youngster shouted. "Go Zigzagoon!" The trainer threw out a Pokeball releasing the Tinyraccon Pokemon from the Pokeball.
"That isn't a Electirc type." Mitsu muttered to herself. "Go Ivy!" She too threw out her Pokeball releasing the Ivysaur.

Tony sat there on the bench looking up at the sky or talking to Haku who seemed to like that for the rest of the time it would take for the train to come. Hearing the whistle of the train coming closer he quickly woke up Weed and Phoenix and looking up he saw that Alucard had flown back. When the train finally came to a stop at the train station Tony went aboard flashing his ticket to the doorman before finding himself a compartment and settiling in for the long trip.

"Ivy, lets start things off with Vine Whip!" Mitsu directed at the Seed Pokemon. Two vines sprouted from the back of the Pokemon and launched itself towards Zigzagoon. The green vine wrapped around it's target, raised him into the air following through by slamming the Pokemon into the gym floor. Ivy raised it up once more for a second attack.
"Zigzagoon use Thunderbolt!" The boy called out before Ivy could use another Vine Whip. Zigzagoon concentrated and then gave a burst of electricty that traveled from Ivy's vine to his body catching him completely off gaurd.
Ivy vines returned to its body and the Pokemon had taken quite a bit of damage. "Ivy use Tackle!" Mitsu instructed. Ivy charged at Zigzagoon, who dofged quite easily. It's fast, and Ivy needs to regain his energy. We need time to use Giga Drain. "That's it!" Mitsu shouted. An imaginary lightbulb appeared over her head as she thought of an idea. "Ivy Sleep Powder!" The Grass Pokemon sprayed the podwer from the bulb on it's back, the powder falling slowly.
"That's not going to work!" Zigzagoon run over to Ivysaur's side of the field, aviod at Sleep Powder." The Youngster instructed and the Zigzagoon obeyed. "Follow up with a Tackle!" Zigzagoon dashed around the falling powder and rammed itself into Ivy.
"Now Ivy use Giga Drain!" Mitsu called a split second before Zigzagoon had tackled Ivy. The Grass Pokemon extended a vine after he was hit with Tackle and wrapped it around Zigzagoon draining it's health and healing itself. Ivy was almost good as new and ready to finish off the Youngster's Pokemon. "Ivy Razor Leaf follow it up with a Tackle!" Mitsu shouted feeling victory close at hand. Ivy sent out several razor sharp leaves at the Zigzagoon who was still trying to recover from the Giga Drain.
"Zigzagoon doge it!" The Youngster called out. The Pokemon jumped back on all fours, but only after being hit with most of the attack. Once it landed Ivy, already using Tackle hit the Zigzagoon and it crashed into the gym wall, fainting.
"Yes!" Mitsu cheered and gave Ivy a hug then returning it. "Now where's another one of those buttons?" She aked herself.

"Good idea." Ryka nodded at Kasiya's decision. As they entered the city, Aurora jumped into Ryka's backpack. "Okay, good night, Aurora." Ryka said to her already asleep Pokemon. Then she brought out Thunder's Pokeball and returned him. "Mabye we should head to the Center fisrt and get some sleep..?" She told Kassie with a yawn.

As the two girls walked to the Pokemon Center, Ryka saw two rocket grunts out of the corner of her eye. I thought Mike disputed them.. Why are they still here? She thought as the doors to the Pokemon Center opened. Ryka picked up Aurora and Thunder's pokeball, and placed them both on the counter. Then she plopped on the couch, still thinking about things. I wonder where Tony is.. mabye I should call him..? She pondered as she brought out her Pokenav. She decided to and dialed his number, listening to the rings.

She looked left and right until she spotted another one of the thunder shaped button on the gym floor. She walked up to it and press it with her left foot. The electric wall in front of her shut off and the one to her left turned on. She jumped in surprise, almost hitting the wall of thunder. She continued onwards seeing the way to Wattson.

After a few hours of cycling, Keegan and Vuplix found themselves nearing Mauville City. Keegan knew he'd have to continue south to Rustboro, and that meant either taking cycling road or following the route below it. He figured both would be lined with trainers, but he wasn't sure if Vuplix was ready for battle or not. He hoped there'd be a few wild Pokemon somewhere for him to practice battling with, for he didn't want to jump into a trainer battle right away.
"We do need experience if we want to challenge the gym leader of Rustboro," he said out loud, and Vulpix turned to look at him.
"Pix! Vul pix!" he cried.
Keegan laughed. "Don't worry, I believe in you," he said, patting the little fire fox on the head.

Kasiya nodded, and motioned to a sign that pointed to the Pokemon Center to let Ryka know where she'd be going. Not wanting to eavesdrop on her new friend's phone conversation, she walked ahead, recalling her team as she went. It was a beautiful evening, not that one could really tell in all the hustle and bustle of Celadon City. There were lights everywhere, so many, in fact, that seeing the stars was near impossible. Kasiya shivered, and looked around. This place was nothing like Vermilion. It felt different, although she wasn't quite sure if it was because of Team Rocket's presence in the city or if she just didn't like this place.

After hearing only rings, Ryka hung up and sighed. "Oh well, mabye we'll meet again.." She muttered to herself. She followed Kassie into the Center and gently sat down. "So, are you ready for your battle tomorrow?" She asked after returning her Pokemon to rest.

Her Pokemon had been fully healed by the time Ryka joined her. "Ready as I'll ever be," Kasiya said with a grin. "With Fang and Growly, it shouldn't be that tough. They both have the advantage." She reached over and picked up a copy of Pokemon Today, and flipped through the pages, skimming them quickly to find something of interest.

Ryka smiled at her. "I bet your Pokemon are really strong, good luck! And, good night." She looked at Aurora, whom was already asleep, and before Ryka knew it, she was too.

"Thank you, Ryka," Kasiya smiled, as her friend fell asleep. She reached over and grabbed a blanket, and covered her up before finding somewhere to sleep. She finally settled on a couch on the other side of the room, and curled up. Her mind was filled with thoughts on her battle tomorrow, but she didn't feel the butterflies she usually did. It struck her as odd at first, but it was soon forgotten as she drifted off to sleep.

Kasiya awoke early the next morning. So early, in fact, that the Pokemon Center wasn't even open yet. She went through normal morning things, like showering and cleaning, hoping that they'd at least open the kitchen soon. She sat at a table, running a brush through her long, wet blonde hair, and thinking about her battle with Erika. She knew it would be a piece of cake, and she still wasn't feeling the excitement that came with a gym battle. She put her hair into a braid to keep it from tangling and frizzing, and tucked her brush away into her bag. Her stomach rumbled, and she yawned, the last dregs of sleep finally dissipating.
"Kitchens won't open for another hour," she said quietly, and stood up. She gathered a few things and headed outside, thinking that maybe she could get in some training before breakfast.
