Just about EVERY Gyarados is running around with Dragon Dance.
Just about EVERY Dragonite is running around with it too.
Ninjask is the perfect Baton Passer.
As is Umbreon.

Mine are included in that list. I have a Dragon Dance Gyarados. I have a Dragon Dance Dragonite. I have a super cool Baton Pass Ninjask..

The only people who don't have that moveset on those pokemon, are usually new to battling. When they see someone sweep their team with it. They put it on their own Pokemon.

I realize there's the ever popular exception to the general populace. But have you ever gone against a trainer with one of those pokemon that didn't raise it's stats?

That isn't in game. xD

Because I haven't. =D

Not sure yet. He CAN speak, if that's what you're asking. Though, I'm not sure how much I'm going to use him, since there's already another Lucario in the RP. I just used the team I already have for battle for now, since I can always switch them out if I want to.

Ok Rol, just checking. Wanted Ryuken to be on even grounds with trainer characters. But you can do what you want.

Tentae - My Umbreon (Lunar) isn't a Baton passer. He's a staler, and a good one according to LF. XD LF has made it quite clear how much he hates Lunar.
