It was a totally bad day for little Wendykins. She was majorly struggling in all her classes and she was starting to wonder why she'd been accepted to Ria High in the first place. Her heart weighted heavily in her chest as she sighed and moped around the campus. Wendy dreaded having to call home and tell her parents about how she wasn't doing very well in her studies at all, but her father was always hopefully and kept telling the small girl she'd catch on.
In all her wandering she'd managed to come across the one place that halfway felt like home, the playground. Playground were always good places to go when you felt down because they held so many things to make your spirit soar... like the swings. Although one's spirit could get pretty going round and round on the merry-go-round. With her hands in her pockets, Wendy trudged over to the swings and slumped her way onto one half-heartedly pushing herself around. Her feet dug through the sand making swirls, circles, criss-cross markings, and various other patterns of sorts.
Wendy gripped onto the chains surveying her play yard. There were a few boys and girls here and there. Each grouping verily entertained by whatever it was they were doing, but one thing seemed out of place to Wendy. The little pigtailed girl squinted her eyes to be sure what it was she was seeing. Not too far off Wendy spotted a girl laying underneath a slide. She got up and ran over to the girl hoping she wasn't hurt or anything. Wendy came upon the girl with snow-white hair and just shook her head. The girl seemed fine, in fact so fine she looked like she was sleeping. Wendy got down on her hands and knees and crawled under the slide. " You know your dorm room might make a better place to sleep. There's a lot of picnic ants out here and you really don't wanna get bit by any trust me... that really stings." Wendy said as she gently prodded the sleeping girl. People were really weird around this place...

Hatsu slowly opened her eyes as the sound of someone speaking to her filled her mind.She awoke to see astrange girl with pigtails staring at her.The girl looked young, like her, but she was older.Her age was locked in her big eyes.She yawned and crawled out from under the slide."I prefer sleeping somewhere outdoors.Just my taste I guess."She stretched again.The confined space of the slide made her whole body sore.Why had she chosen there to sleep?Hatsu could of just as easily slept on the picnic table or even under a shady tree.Maybe she had hidden herself from everyone, but she was found none the less.

"Well I suppose there's a few nice benches over there you could sleep on. That way you're not on the floor and stuff," Wendy suggested helpfully. Wendy was at least glad the girl crawled out from underneath the slide. "My name is Wendy Elizabeth Essex," she politely offering the girl her hand," But I just go by Wendy. Are you new? I could show you the dorms if you'd like... just so you know where to go I mean. I could even show you my pet Rachisu. I'm afraid she's not very friendly but she is awfully cute, and squishy." Wendy knew she might be imposing, after all, that girl had hidden herself for a reason, but Wendy was desperate for someone to talk to... anyone.

"Pleased to make your aquantince.I am Hatsu Tristesse."She shook Wndy's hand and then pulled away.Hatsu's touch was cold, like having a piece of ice pressed up against your skin.She couldn't help that her skin was icy and her eyes seemed empty.It was who she was on the outside.On the inside was a different story.She burned with a inner fire that could not be described in mortal words."I'm not really new here, although I still don't know everything around here."she said in response to the other girl's question.Then Wendy mentioned something about a pet."Forgive me if I sound ignorant, but what is a Rachisu?"she asked.

"Hatsu... that's a very pretty name," Wendy said and shook the girl's hand. Hatsu was cold as ice and made Wendy shudder a tiny bit. the girl must have noticed because she withdrew her hand quickly from Wendy's. "So where have you been sleeping at night then?" Wendy asked her with wide-eyed surprise. She really hoped it hadn't been under. the slide all this time. Still the weather decent in the evenings so technically one could camp out. Wendy didn't see the point however since the dorms were ultra plushy here. Wendy's eyes got all bright and shiny when she was asked about her crazy pink friend. "Well, I'm not sure exactly. It's kinda round and pink, like a Kirby, but it has this thing on the top of its head, sort of like a tentacle. Come on I'll show you." Wendy offered with a smile.

"I don't really sleep much.When I do its usually in a tree or something like that."She felt alittle uncomfortable about herself but Wendy's sweet smile made her feel soo much better.Hatsustill didn't understand what a Rachisu was but the other girl was going to show her.She nodded her head and gave a small smile."I would like to see your pet very much.Let us go."She dusted off her simple light blue dress and awaited for Wendy to show her the way.

Wendy was pleased to hear that the girl accepted her invitation to see her room and her pet. She smiled and gestured, "It's this way!" Wendy turned back toward the dorms. " You sleep in trees? You must have really good balance Hatsu." Wendy thought her new companion was a little odd, but she was nice and was willing to come with Wendy, so who was she to complain? "What are you going to do in the winter months when it's too cold to sleep in the trees? Surely you'll need your dorm room then," she argued gently. She couldn't imagine anyone having to sleep out in the cold especially not in the wintertime. She strolled down the path leading the girl to the dorms.

Hatsu followed her new companion.As they walked she spoke again."Where I come from, it's always cold.Snow is a twenty-four hour thing."she said.Hatsu was use to coldness so sleeping out in nature was a blessing.Even the days of fall seemed like a bright day of summer to her.So of course when she first came here, Hatsu felt like the world around her was on fire.Luckily she could adjust quickly and she did.She brushed her bangs out of her face as they continued to walk towards the dorms.She hadn't been there before so curiousity filled her mind.

"Wow... where do you come from Hatsu? It must be lovely. My father took me to Switzerland once, and we went skiing there. Everything was covered in snow, like it was powdered sugar. It was the most charming thing ever. Is you home like that?" Wendy turned right down a path and lead the girl up to the steps of the dorms. "Welcome to Wingardia, the girl's dorms," Wendy said and lead the girl into the lobby.

[I will start out short before I continue with the big ones again.]
Hajime continued to think, he was trying so hard to find a correct answer without haveing to blow it away. He didn't want to just set aside for another time since the time he would correct it would be now.
- I wouldn't consider myself changeing my personality but that would be something I would have chosen for myself instead. He rather then changeing why try to reach a compromise. Then that would mean to try and keep half of my personality and then throw away the other half to a new one. But that would mean that I would be indifferent . . . . . . Now I am confusing myself.
He though about it continueously, He had heard what Shiori said but didn't answer her right away. The wind blew as he continued to jump over the monkey bars to the otherside keeping his balance. He jumped back in a flip and did it again before front flipping twice. He chuckled to himself and jumped off the monkey bars.
- Is difference a bad thing? Can't be, many people have change just to fit in or fit their features. Hm.... That is another thing to figure out, so there is a lot of question entering the world each day. As a new life is brought onto this planet most likely everyday aswell. "So, you do wish to spend the rest of your life with him. That would be a big change for you two, but that means sooner or later someone will come into part. Then we will see how long the relationship would last. But enough of that, what do you think of the day so far. Has it been fun?" He talked in whispers.
He gave her a warm smile and went over to the slides and slide down one with a swirl. He started off slow and the he picked up speed gradually. He came to the end as he planted his feet into the ground hard and smiled again.

Shiori watched Hajime uncertainly for a few seconds before figuring he wasn't ready to reply right away. She turned to face forward and slid down the slide, pushing herself quickly with a large grin upon her face. She fell of the end, landing in a crouched position at the base, and then turned to scramble back up once more. This time though, she didn't stop and the top and instead continued off and to the railing that lined the platform the slide began at. She hopped up onto it, balancing on the thin railing as she stared over at Hajime and his flipping.
She blinked a few times, ears perking again as he began to speak. She stared at him for a moment, completely silence as she took in what he was saying. She felt somewhat dumb. He seemed to think through things better and understand more, even though she was pretty sure she was older than him, based on appearance. She could be wrong but... she didn't think she was about this. She glanced down at the ground, still perched haphazardly on the railing. What did he mean, someone would come into part? She wasn't sure, but he changed the subject too quickly for her to ask. She was somewhat glad he did though, not wanting to linger too much on her thoughts and confusion.
She watched as he moved to the slides and then watched as he went down. Then she smiled back at him and nodded her head. "It's been pretty fun," she agreed. Trowa's leaving and his and Arashi's crying hadn't been very enjoyable... but she hoped it'd all worked out in the end and they were both happy once more. She glanced over at Arashi, seeing him still sitting there, and just assumed he was asleep. So, she kept herself from bothering him.

Nioki ran out onto the playground with a smiled on her face.She ran over to the swings and jumped on it standing in the seat,she swung out landing on her knees.It didnt seem to bother her though as she got right back up heading to the swings."I never had the chance for this when I was little.Its really fun!"She slid down the slide stopping at the bottom to look over at Zasz."What do you think about it?"Her glasses were falling off as she pushed them back up.Her hair hung in her face a bit as she ran out of breath.

Zasz smiled at her and just shook his head in a 'i cant believe you' way and walks over to the swings and sits down on them, swinging lightly, like her, he has never been to a playground, even when he was totally human in his youth, his parents were strict and never let him do anything, not even practice his religion, so he had to do it in secret...he looks at her having fun and cant help but smile...
Shes so great, full of energy, and to think, she was in death corps, i cant believe it...shes so reformed already, though the images will haunt her mind forever, i think she will get along just fine.

Nioki sat on the bottom of the slide and then made her way back up it."Its seems Im a bit too big for this."She laughed as she sat at the top and watched the sun set.The sky glowed a purple color with hints of orange in some places."So beautiful isnt it?Its hard to belive I was ever in the death corps,I feel so peaceful."She leaned her head on her knees staring over the trees at the sun.Her eyes had a mysterious look to them as she opened her mouth,and her voice came out like a churchbell song.SO peaceful and soft like birds in the spring.
Father once said to me

Put them together,become the light,balance in union there is more we must know.
GO my children go ,go to crimson flames
so we can save our children,.....so we can save the......light.
She was singing the most beautiful song as it echoed through thr playground.She looked over at him and gave a meek smile."My sister taught it to me and said that mother taught her.Though we didnt really have a mother thats just what the general said.It talks about us having to sacrifice ouselfs for the death corps."She slid down the slide sadly and walked over to sit in the swings with him.

Zasz smiled, her voice was beautiful...he reaches his hand out and takes hers gently in his hand, standing from the swing he stands behind her now...he lays his hands over her shoulders...
"Wow, you have an amazing voice, and even though it may be a bad point in the song, it doesnt change your voice..."
he gives her a little push...
"and i am really glad that you are not in the corps, so you dont have to sacrafice yourself...because then i would be very lonely"
