Melissa turned around, placing her elbows on the bar top.

“Lum.” She replied, studying him out of the corner of her eye as he looked at her. “Something wrong?” She asked, raising one eyebrow and noting the inquisitive expression her worn on his face. “Never seen a Zeltron before?” She smirked.

"Two Lums please" Randall said to the Bartender, sliding a few cred chips over as payment. Turning his attention back over to the Zeltron, he said "I've met Zeltron, I just... I uh... I'm sorry, I'm getting ahead of myself. I'm Randall. What's your name?"

She smirk broadened into a grin as the young man stammered over his words then collected his thoughts.
“Names Melissa.” She offered Randall her fingerless gloved hand. “Nice to meet you. Haven’t’ seen you here before, you just arrived today?” She asked pleasantly, wondering if this young pup had his own ship, and maybe a way off this planet she had been stuck on for close to two months.

Randall shook Melissa's hand warmly, flipping the bartender a credchip as he arrived with their Lums. Taking a sip, he turned his attention back to Melissa "I just got on-planet earlier today. I'm a freighter pilot, came to look for cargo, and maybe a crew. But enough about me. What's your story?"

"I'm not much of s ship jockey," Jakar said as he stepped closer to the ship, "but I have to say that it's a very fine vessel, however I'm assuming you didn't bring me down here just to show me your precious, but you know what they say about assuming."

Melissa grabbed her Lum, raised the rim to her lips, and downed half her drink, nodding her head as she listened to the first half of the typical banter she received from most everyone, especially males He had his own ship, which was good, looking for cargo and crew. Melissa smiled, knowing that the other shoe was about to drop, and sure enough it did.
“Me? Well, I didn’t want to accompany the last light transport I was working on to Kashyyyk.” She shrugged her shoulders. “So I’ve been working a tech at the starport for the last month or so.”

"Well that sounds boring." Randall said, grinning as he spoke. "I mean, no offense if you enjoy tech work or whatever, but I couldn't stay in one place. I just have to travel. I mean, obviously I haveto travel, it's my job, but, well, I guess it's my job for a reason. There's so much wonder in the galaxy, and..."

Wow, this is stupid. He thought to himself, berating himself for all of this stupid pointless babble. Why don't you just ask the question you really want to? Steeling his courage, he took a deep breath, and continued to talk.

"Listen, this is going to sound pretty weird, but I just had to ask. Are you a force user? I think I felt you enter the bar..."

Melissa sipped her drink as she listed to him ramble on about a life so knew to well, nodding her head in agreement to his statements. However Randall’s last question was not one she had been anticipating, and she almost inhaled her next sip of Lum.
“Why.” Her lavender eyes focused intensely onto his as she wiped her mouth with the sleeve of her long coat and she leaned a little closer to him, staring deep into his eyes. She sensed nor felt any hostility towards her, just curiosity. “That’s the oddest pick-up line I think I’ve ever heard.” She giggled into her hand, all sign of her intense scrutiny of him all but a distant memory, and then pointed towards an empty booth. “Shall we sit somewhere more…private?” She tilted her head girlishly to one side.

Marie turned around and leaned against the fighter, looking down at the rock beneath her. She put a thumb in each of her pants pockets, and stood there for awhile, thinking. Finally she bit her lower lip and looked up at Jakar with a mischievious look in her eyes...

"Wanna try her out?"

Jakar switched his eyes between the fighter and Marie. Thinking. "I don't know," he said, "during my Jedi days, I was more of a troop leader than a fighter pilot. Of course, I flew a fighter, but leading a charge into an enemy fortress was more my thing." Jakar paused. "Eh, I'll give it a spin, why not? I just hope you have insurance," he jested.

"Alright." Randall murmered, heading over into the booth indicated by Melissa. Taking a seat, he waited for her to follow him over.
Well, she didn't say no... He thought, totally perplexed. I just hope she isn't Sith...

“After you.” Melissa gestured for him to lead the way, downing the remainder of her drink and catching the bar tenders attention for a refill. Gathering up her fresh drink, she followed Randall over to the booth, sliding into the seat opposite the table from him. She took another sip from her glass and set it down on the table in front of her.
Liking the tip of her finger, she started to gently glide it around the rim her glass. The Lum with in rippled as the glass sang lightly, smoothly, and almost silently and Melissa’s smile was smug as she felt the emotion of pain swell out from a few Being’s who were just a little too interested in other peoples conversations.

“What do you want?” She sighed, continuing the motion of her finger upon the rim of her glass.

"Honestly. I'm not really sure." Randall said, "I just, the Force, I feel it sometimes. Not often, but sometimes. And when you walked in, I think I felt it. And I don't often, except for with Jedi and Sith, but you don't feel like either of them. Sith, they feel dangerous, you know? And Jedi, they're dangerous too, in their own way. You don't feel like either to me."

Looking up almost lamely, Randall realized he was pouring his heart out to a complete stranger, someone he didn't know, someone who could potentially be very dangerous to him. No matter, he'd gone this far. "You're... you're an enigma. I just want to know... what you are."

At that moment, the Avatar flew through the waterfall, pulling into the hangar and landing next to the starfighter. After a few seconds the landing ramp lowered and Marr Silvertongue walked down, followed by guards and advisers.

"Lady Celeste, Jakar, I didn't expect to run into you two here," he said, stopping on his way to the elevator. "Tell me, young one, how goes your training?"

Cene snapped her wrist down to deflect, the blade hit her bracer striking sparks.
She spun her axe and stabbed the butt of it at the abdomin of the echani.
