You know, there's only one staff meeting I have to go to every month. The last staff meeting of the month is the night one (all the others are Thursday afternoon, from 1pm-3pm, right when I'm sleeping).
And while I'm glad one of the supervisors called me to let me know the meeting was canceled tonight, WHY OH WHY couldn't she have waited another hour to call me!? crying
I would have been happily sleeping until around now if she hadn't called and woke my a** up.
*Luna's always grumpy when woken up earlier than she wanted*

Streamjumper Skizzors Nothin' like falling asleep in Biology only to wake up just in time to hear your teacher yelling "Testicles! Balls!" I'm so hoping there's an explanation in the next few pages. Please don't disappoint me. Edit: I am disappointed. Someone needs to pay, whether in blood or entertainment. APOLOGIES, STREAM But basically, we were talking about meiosis and gametes and stuff.. I'm not too clear on the context because of the being asleep, but I rather assume he had asked what the male sex organs were. =p

On the phone with Psyyyyyyyyyy~ He said it's fine to tell you guys, though it's not as wonderful as FBI storming his house. He got in trouble for bad grades.

I first read this before backlogging, so I got really confused and thought that the FBI was involved... sweatdrop I'm glad they aren't and I hope things work out for him!! A mod on a Nirvana messageboard made a post one day (quite a few years ago) saying he had to leave for three or four years because he was going to jail for drug-related things. It was just like... eek Anyway, he's finally back, but I don't think he's a mod anymore. He's from.. Scandinavia, I think.

L0k1 TweedleKeys Yoko Gurren-Dan Even without the legal ceremony, Stream and I have been together longer than many marriages (almost 11 years), and even funnier, we've been LIVING together longer than many marriages (almost 6 years now). It's kind of sad when you think about it. We haven't been dating as long but we jumped right into the living together thing. sweatdrop Seriously at this point we are so entangled financially and otherwise that I couldn't imagine how to dissect myself from it. Fortunately I don't want to. I can see the benefits and the dangers to getting married earlier than we have chosen though. It's true there are a lot of people out there who probably rush into marriage recklessly or just don't really consider what goes into a long term relationship or that marriage will magically change the way certain things work. If divorce didn't seem like such a devastating pain to everyone I know who has experienced one (as part of the couple or family), I would probably not find the short marriages as unfortunate as I do. (Though the really nasty divorces have been after marriages longer than 11 years... maybe shorter marriages aren't as tough... I hope... sad ) Oh another plus to non-marriage... less people pressure you about having kids. Its funny you should mention that. Why does everyone think that just because we have had sex, she is automatically going to get pregnant right away? I understand things can happen...but seriously, even I'm not THAT paranoid. -sits Loki down-
Well, it all starts when a man loves a woman...

Best wishes to Psy when next you talk to him. I assume he has to get his grades up or something before he can get back on... or get abducted by the FBI.

I'm seeing Gogol Bordello tonight in LA... it takes like 2 and a half hours to drive, and my ex said he'd drive. But low and behold, of course he tells me an hour before we leave that his car's not working, so we'll have to take mine. And he said he'd drive it, but I don't feel comfortable with most people driving my car... and at this point I don't want to go because I don't like him and I have a midterm essay to write and we won't be back until 2 am or so because he has to stop by a friend's place in LA. Blech. Also, I've been breaking out sooo much from all this stress... even my acupuncturist for my migraines is telling me stuff I shouldn't eat sweatdrop It's worse than when I was a teenager... crying

So, an amusing Luna moment.
We ordered Chinese food recently. And they always give you fortune cookies. So I crack open one of them...and burst out laughing.
Why?
Because my damn fortune cookie was hitting on me. The fortune read...
Are your legs tired? Because you've been running through my mind all day.
It was the oddest fortune I've ever gotten. Stream laughed his a** off.
