Well, go to the "Dorm RPs" subforum. You can go to the "Raikiri Wing: Boy's Dorms" thread for now, that is until you earn a single star during a Star Test. One is about to start, so you'll have to wait until our next one. But when you earn a single star, you'll be able to create your own dorm topic. 3nodding But for now, you should start making your character's profile.
