I have to switch back to my Dewpaw outfit too.
YAY! Kember is here so I can bug him.
Oh, one hint for everyone here. 8 hours of reading a psych textbook- not good for you. Never do it. Never.

It would do wonders for me, if it wasn't stuff I covered in highschool psychology. It was just history of psychology, areas and levels of analysis, and conditioning. So, 8 hours straight, not fun.
When we get to other things, it should be much more fun. I can't wait for the actual application part of my major.
Howeve,r I did get to participate in a study here at my college. We get extra credit in class for being subjects in tests. I've done a few, mainly for fun and out of curiosity. I have a fairly good memory, but not a very good attention span. 4laugh

8 hours reading psychology stuff? Ouch. I much prefer 8 hours with the horses, which I've been getting. I get to help with riding lessons now, since I'm working full time instead of part time. Its a lot of fun.

So lucky you get to be with horses Creek. I miss the smell of the stables and outdoors. The city just odn't smell the same. But last night I got to go to an outdoor theater in the valley to see A Midsummer's Night Dream. Very good. Loved Puck, or Robin.
But it wasn't the same. So Creek, You a good teacher?

I mainly just lead the horses while the new riders get used to the feel of is. Theres not actually much teaching involved when it comes to western. English though is terrible, but no one at the ranch knows english nor wants to learn. Its fun though. I join in on rides sometimes, if I'm not doing other stuff. So its all good.
Whats everyone else doing with their days?

imma bum surprised
actually Im in a city where our local mall has pushed out all the small biz, thus a s**t ton of jobs are being lost. So its incredibly hard to even get a minimum wage job. So i spend my time filling apps, cleaning house and playin with mah kittys.

What kinds of jobs you got in the area?
I was lucky enough to start working on the same ranch my dad did as a ranch hand, luckily one that gets enough biz that they haven't let anyone off. Of course, I kinda took my dad's slot, so they technically have one less worker. And a most of the other part-time hands have gone off to college. *shrug* Oh well. I'm just praying the ranches around here stay strong.

right now im looking for factory work or perhaps retail. IVe got ciculation problem so i cant do cook jobs like i used to. When the mall expanded it took out the heart of the city. Takig out all the small mom and pop deili's, smaller factorys and strip malls. All the factorys relocated outside the city where the buses dont run. :/
so until the mall is finish being built, there is only fast food and the rare opening in the mall itself.
ugh such a pain.

Work! *hides behind couch* *pokes head out* I need a job next semester so I actually have some cash.
That sucks abou the mall Existing. I love Ma and Pap stores. They have awesome stuff! I've been to a bunch of small towns that still have them because they are too small to merit a mall or walmart. Best stores ever. Best of luck finding a good job.
