9 stood up and walked into the trainig room and waited for shadow. She know she was outmatched but it would be a good work out. And by some chance that he used the power she gave him she could finally take it back.

Shadow nodded to 9 and swinging a leg quickly to his side stood up and sauntered into the training room. As he entered he grinned at 9 while looking out of the corner of his eye. He continued forward until he stood on the far side of the room and then he turned and bowed formally to 9 before swinging his right foot forward and resting his wieght on the balls of his feet, he held his left hand at his waist and his right extended at shoulder height.

9s right root was slightly behind her left. She stood on the balls of her foot with most of her weight on the back foot. Her knees were bent a little as she bounced slightly. Her hand were up by her chest with the right hand slightly higher.
