Skizzors ravendream Help me with my hair emo I can't go pink or green or something like that until I know if and where I'm hired. Certain places will be okay with it, and others won't. Sooooo.... black, redhead, or brunette ( dark brown or light brown)? I'd personally leave it the color it is, and just cut it off after the bit where it curls into your chin, but uh.. in the absence of the option.. I'd say light brown. 3nodding I'm trying to grow it out, which is why I'm so reluctant to cut it. I used to have hair down to my waist, and I'd love to have that again. As for the color... I'm naturally blonde, so as this color gets lighter and lighter, and therefore closer to my natural color, I find myself very uncomfortable with it gonk I haven't been blonde since before 9th grade gonk

For a while, up to about 2nd grade, my hair was SO platinum blonde it was almost white. Now it's.. almost dirty blonde. D:
And, yeah, I can understand not wanting to cut it, I figured it was something like that. :B

D: And, yeah, I can understand not wanting to cut it, I figured it was something like that. :B When I was really young (under 5), I had a head full of red curls. Life is so cruel... (hair was dark brown by kindergarten) crying Although age seems to have brought out some natural red highlights that have nothing to do with dying my hair red a few times (last time was a few years ago, and my hair's been cut several times since then)

I think my hair may have actually started darker and gotten lighter. I try to keep away from the sun and still my hair seems a lot browner than it used to be.
I suppose old AGers don't die, they just fade to gray.

The colour you have it at right now is so pretty. Every time I see pictures of you I kind of oooh and aah. redface If you're trying to grow it out, just get the ends of everything trimmed, because that helps to get rid of any damage that might be there already and help it to grow more healthily. That way, your hair won't get that much shorter and you'll have a better chance at getting it long and pretty again. 3nodding Also, the harsh chemicals used when dying hair could also damage and/or inhibit the growth of your hair, but the effect is different on everyone. I'm not trying to discourage you from dying it or anything. I just can't help considering all of the effects and stuff. sweatdrop Oh, and while previewing this message...Blue Box! 4laugh

I started out with really bleach-blonde hair when I was a kid. It got slightly darker to about a normal blonde by the end of elementary school, stayed like that through high school, then as soon as I hit college and cut my hair short, all of the blonde was practically gone. All it took was a major haircut! It's kind of this darker dirty colour now. Sometimes I like it, but sometimes it just looks so awful... emo
I wonder if I should open this blue box thing. It's only worth 12k, but I never get anything good out of them...AG, HALP!! gonk
