 Simon Priest enters the village. Upon entering he sees the Behemoths. They were hard to miss. With no emotion he draws his gun as if by reflex. He sees the Phoenix and says "I am Simon Priest, a cleric. Looks like you could use some assistance." A beeping sound comes from his watch. It was time for him to dose. He takes a needle and gives himself an injection. In a moment the drug drains him of all emotions. With guns drawn he turns to the behemoths awaiting to see who moves first. He also sees the shadows. He had to be careful. He only had so much ammo.

(Great! stressed *sigh!* At least I can do what I originaly came to do. stressed Now after my caracter buys his supplies is there ANYWHERE I can go to interact with someone while I wait for Mafdet?! It'll take her a long time to be able to post on our Gungrave plot.) After finding that the battle was over a long time ago. He then resumed his original mission to get to know his neighbors. His intuative ability was working overtime. He found hidden cashes of weapons and supplies. But he didn't touch any of them. Instead he went to a shop and told the shop keeper "I'll need two hundred and feventy five rounds of pistol ammo, that sword you have hanging up there and three health kits. I'm having a rough week!"

With full ammo and a Wu Tai sword to take in his travals Simon Priest walks out of the village not looking welcome. It didn't look like trade was possable. He made it out of the Village easily enough. "Ok, scratch Gongaga, and scratch Wu Tai. Looks like I'm on my own. So be it." It was time to make his way back to the Grammaton Cleric Academy. On his way he was accosted by thugs. He was outside the village grounds. Five dead in five seconds. He made some Gil, and picked up five short swords. Useful in the Academy's weapons locker. Not a nice way to stockpile but it sure beats having no way to resupply. He makes it to the Academy to make and file his reports, and get the next day's dose of his drug. Tomorrow he'll have to start over again. (Exit to the Grammaton Cleric Academy)

Akua Belmont Oh dear brother, have I ever told you how much....I despise you! I should be the next in line to lead the clan not you, you half breed!   A young looking teen walked about the streets of wutai, she wore tradition wutain clothing but it seemed abit old, it was blue colored and had flowers printed onto it her hair was black as night and her skin was pale, her eyes pupil formed a cresent shape and her gaze seemed to go even into ones soul.
The young teen made her way to a house and gently knocked on the door, when the resident answered her she smiled to him then said "Please sir, may I come it, its awfully cold out tonight, and I have no were to stay" but the man declined her shelter and closed the door in her face, she sighed then walked back and casted a fire spell setting the mans house on fire soon a large whole burned away and she smiled at the man "I dont need permission to enter if there is no house" she then walked into the burning building to see he had a family with a wife and a child all cowering in fear of her, she gently smiled then only screams could be heard, some time later her face was covered in their blood and she was laughing "Oh blood tastes sooooo goood" she said as she laughed, she was a vampire and she had drained the man and his family dry of their blood With a thousand lies and a good disguise Hit'em right between the eyes Hit'em right between the eyes When you walk away with nothing more to say, see the lightning in your'e eyes see'em running for their lives

Suddenly, the sound of metal sliding for just a second could be heard as the rod Ariel held with her expanded into a seven foot rod, which was about to slam into the blood thirsty Vampire. How did she get here so fast? Golden Chocobo's were one of the fastest birds known, and with the voices speaking in her mind and telling her to come here, she had got to the village as quickly as possible, only......it seemed to late. "What -are- you?!" Ariel's blue eye's narrowed toward the blood covered figure, creepy? For sure, inside she was trembling in fear, while she tried to push her self to defend this village. There may of been a chance to save that family if..If she could beat this creature of a women.
Though, the lack of oxygen was starting to cause her to choke, the smoke filling her lungs as it continued to burn."G-Get ...away..! Get away from them!" She yelled, right now, all she wanted to do was get them out of here, but it didn't seem it would be that simple.

Akua Belmont Oh dear brother, have I ever told you how much....I despise you! I should be the next in line to lead the clan not you, you half breed! Akua looked back to see the girl and smiled towards her then stood up tossing the child aside, a barrier had formed blocking the staffs attack on her "oh Im sorry I guess I got carried away, I was hungry so I came here to feed they were quite tasty, but sadley they have no more blood left" she said in a cheerfull way then she walked toward the girl, she then took a cloth and wiped her face clean of the blood then she looked at the girl intetively then smiled brightly "Oh my gosh your so cute!" she said....odd for something that just killed three poeple to say as she soon ran up to her and looked at her "oh my! your so cute! cute girls like you have sweet tasting blood, like candy! can I please have a taste pretty please!" she examined the girl further and smiled even brighter "please please let me have a taste! Oh I know your ah....umm what did daddy call them....oh ya a cetra! my daddy's daddy knew many cetra when he was still alive!" Ariel took a step forward, as if she wanted to run over to the child, but stopped suddenly, the girl there's eyes as they set on her, seemed so beyond twisted and evil, she didn't like at all what she saw in them. It was almost as if she was beyond help, had anyone ever tried to bring her to a..better side. "...T-that was a family.....an innocent family!! How could you?!" Then, as the girl suddenly seemed to change her expression into what appeared to be a happy smile, a very twisted happy one at that, Ariel moved back a little, trying to keep herself clear of the flames. She'd have to get out of here quickly, before the place collapsed though she still wouldn't leave the family in there no matter what! Raising her staff side ways across of her, she used that as a sort of shield to keep her away from her. Had the women got close, she would just attempt to push her back with it. "No you may not...Get away...! "
She began to move toward the child the women threw, while keeping her eyes locked onto the dark haired lady. This may not work out so well, but she would try. "I'm not here to talk to you about my kind, or you're family...Rather you're here or not, I will save this family..." She then quickly attempted to scoop the child up into her free arm, while holding the rod with her right hand. Ariel was not skilled in using it very well, she had practiced at times, but not very often.Coughing as she stood, the air was getting thicker and thicker, if any mercial rain would fall, it sure would be helpful right now!

Akua was still smiling to the girl and looked at her as she tried to push her away with her staff and she looked almost...hurt "Dont be mean! I just want a taste!" she said like a spoiled child, she then looked at her as she said more things to her and she shook her haid and still cheerfully she spoke to her "whats the point in saving them, they are just going to return to the planet soon anyways, even tho i killed them by feeding off them I dont restrict them from returning to the life stream" and soon just as she said the bodies fadded away into small green lights and rejoined the life stream and Akua gazed at them with a smile "See see! they returned to the planet! you should know more about the life stream more then me! your a cetra after all!" she said cheerfully she then vanished from sight only to appear right behind her and she smilled at her "A cetra shoulndt deny the planets flow even if I killed them they would of returned in time, I mean I have to eat too!" she said she shen then vanished again before she could turn around and stood next to her and smiled "Pleeeeeeeease let me have a taste! "I-I am not you're snack, lunch or dinner! " Really, this was such a dire situation, how could she not be more serious? The girl was smiling so much, shivers flowed down Ariel's spine. Such a eerie and creepy thing she was. After getting the boy into her arms, Ariel began for the exit, trying to ignore Akua's words. "I don't give up on people, I don't give up on lives that can be saved! " She yelled to the girl, just as the glowing soft green orbs began to float out of the lifeless body in her arm, and the parents there. She didn't care about the Cetra blood in her or the life stream, all she wanted to do was save there lives, and prevent them from being taken, but it seemed there was nothing she could do after all..
"..No...no! Why...Why can't I protect anyone? What good am I if I can't protect or save a single person?! I can't even find my own boyfriend! " Ariel yelled, really not caring about the lady's presence there! Just as she opened her mouth to say something to what she said about the Cetra, the girl was suddenly behind her and she found herself frozen in fear.. " Vampire....I never believed in such things....I thought, had they existed, humans and vampires could still come together, not hurt or kill one another..But I guess I was wrong! ." She uttered quietly, just as she vanished to her side next. "....No...Never! " Turning away, Ariel quickly darted for the doors exit, she had no reason to be staying in the death trap of a home which was in threat to collapse soon..

She smiled at the poor girl and her resolve to save the child but it was a lost cause she sighed tho, she got way to emotional after he returned to the life stream and then her next words about humans and vampires getting along..it actually enraged her, but the building soon collapsed ontop of her, a good sign that ariel might have been safe, well that was until Akua stepped out with a barrier protecting her, but her smile was gone now "yes...Im a vampire...at one time...we did get along in a sense, you see girl..we vampires can live a whole year on the blood of a single human and normal foods, so we only took a human and fed on them once a year, we lived by this which is called the old ways, but you humans feared us...never even cared that we too are living beings...so you hunted us down...my father stopped all that by tossing out the old ways and hunted them" she then vanished and appeared right in front of her and jabbed her hand forward past her head into a building her hand passing right though, then she pulled it out as if it fazed right into it but soon the builing was cut in two "this....is what i can do girl....I can distort space with my body and cut it at the very building blocks of its being" she then vanished again as the building fell and its residants running scarred for their lives, but akua didnt chase them she appeared near her again and glared at her "I am the daughter of the lord of all gaia's vampires Victor Belmont and you little girl are my food" With a thousand lies and a good disguise Hit'em right between the eyes Hit'em right between the eyes When you walk away with nothing more to say, see the lightning in your'e eyes see'em running for their lives

Ariel was one lucky girl, as it seemed the very moment she was safely out of the building, it collapsed, right on the vampric women.Despite how evil she knew this being was, she wasn't going to go cheering about the fact she may of been dead, no, instead...She felt a slight guilt flow in her heart.In her mind, it didn't seem there was any way of saving her, both emotionally and phyically, Though the most greif she had was for the innocent family she had taken the lives of.
But then, the sound of rubble from the destroyed home caught her attention, causing the young cetra's eyes to widen in shock as they fell upon the protected women. She could see the glowing shphere like barrier around her. "......." Again, she slipped into battle stance the best way she could, readying her weapon as Akua began to speak....
"You blame all humans, when not everyone was in on that. There are bad humans in the world just as well as there are monsters and...vampires, you, classfiy as bad in my eyes. You've already stained you're hands with the blood of innocent lives right there, do you really think I will have any remorse for you?! Do you have no heart at all? Do you even realize what you did??!" Ariel rarely got this angry, but the look in her eyes and the tone of her voice said surly, she was.
But then her words of confidence soon began to fade away, as the girl appeared in front of her suddenly, which upon her own instincts was to back up, only to find her self thud against the wall behind her, then not a second later the girls hand suddenly blazed past her head, Ariel could only give off a small scream as she thought she was about to punch her! Only, her hand went right through, seeming to phase through the wall, before slipping back out.. "...Y-You're crazy...I will tell everyone about you, you won't be able to do this very much longer once my friends hunt you down!" She yelled to her just after she vanished away again, only to return a second later.. "...N-no, I'm not..." Ariel raised her weapon, her hands shaking at first for few moments before attempting to take a strike at her again, and run..No way she was going to become the victim of a vampire..!

Akua sighed at the girl, her words were nothing more then the blabberings of a coward and some one who had no knowledge of anything she then started to laugh randomly the glared at her "your words hurt me....not every one huh, have you even heard what you've been saying or anything I've said? human blood is what we feed on, its how we stay alive, its not our faults we need to drink the blood of humans to live, and remorse what remorse? A hunter hunts deer to feed his family, does he have remorse? no he wants to ensure his familys well being and i do have a heart, but its been tainted black by fear of death by you humans" she then warped out of the way of her attack and was right there were she was going to run, Akua was now toying with her, something she enjoyed to do "hunt me down....listen to your self...humans never learn this is why we tossed out the old ways" she then grabbed her by the neck and smirked "Now then little girl, let me have that taste..." but suddenly like a sign from the heavens rain started to fall, and when a drop touched Akua's skin it shocked her and she screemed and let go of ariel and ran for cover under a building "No no no no....why is it raining" she said like she was terrirfied and she was cowering under the shelter, she looked out to ariel and sighed "this is no fair....I wanted to play with you more...." she then ran inside the house and rumaged it while the family looked at her scared and she left with out touching them and came out with an umbrella and made a dash to another building "no fair! why do humans resist this foul weathers powers!....." soon she sighed again looking up to ariel again "bye bye, lets play again some day Ariel! and I hope you'll let me taste you!" she then vansihed but it was clear were she was heading, she was heading home to the shelter of her fathers castle With a thousand lies and a good disguise Hit'em right between the eyes Hit'em right between the eyes When you walk away with nothing more to say, see the lightning in your'e eyes see'em running for their lives {exit to Shadow hall}
