I personally agree with Alutians ideas. I think everything will be cleaner, easier, and neater with the Trolley-witch mule. You can spot it easier and it can stand out to any new-comers to the Hogwarts Express thread. For security purposes if the role-player disappears for a long period if time even though its a hassle the mods could always change the password?

O wow... I'm not even sure what we're voting on actually. Has the decision already been made to let Avatar take these positions? If so, we need to confirm these are special student position slots.
If Avatar takes the job, the mules will be best because it says Trolley Witch (similar to the way we work with the Editor mule, Spinners end mule, etc.). Any member who gets that information should be trustworthy so security shouldn't be an issue. Also, if as time goes on, the Trolley Witch person changes all the time, then we need to have the email account so we can change the password whenever needed.
Also because Adonis comes on the train to make the announcements I don't see a problem with Avatar or anyone else RPing that character as long as a MOD makes the first post with the conductor and the last. Should we make the Trolley/Conductor person responsible for keeping roll on the train or is that still a Mod responsibility?

i was just wondering about the post counts contest... what about posts made on mules or whatnots? like say avatar was the trolly witch would those posts count...??? also what about the hogwarts monthly editor? do thos count towards me? just wondering...

I don't think the Monthly Editor's post will count towards you because the HM is only responsible for posting the Monthly (and others, like me, have used that mule).
I think it's safe to say mule posts won't count towards normal posts. Avatar may be a tricky case because if she doesn't use the mule account then of course it's part of her total, but if she does then well... unless she's excluded anyway because she's a grad

Also, any post I make as the Trolley Witch will not count for me, I'm doing this to help out, not to earn more posts.

Where did housepoints come in? Everyone knows (or should know) that only students can earn house points. I thought Lorrieta was talking about the Monthly Collectible prize for top poster.

I saw the new unfinished calender in the Hall. However, it didn't mention when you want us to apply for Teachers. I've been waiting for quite a while now and I was just wondering when I should post my Teachng Application. Can one of the Mod Squad give me an estimate please.

Okay have a question this may be the wrong stop but here goes. Lyra and I were talking and she suggested I make the RA thread for Gryffindor. I would love to, I just want to make sure know one else wanted this good. I don't want to step on any toes. If it's okay, I would like to ask everyone in the Gryffindor common room for their opinions (I want everything to be as we discussed but I want to know if they have any suggestions that we haven't thought about yet. Also, as I said I don't want to step on anyone's toes).
On a different note. I saw the post Jun left in the Hospital Wing (about her not having the time to do it appropriately now and how she was looking for a new Nurse since, it comes into play for so many story lines). May I suggest making another HPGoG mule, perhaps Madam Poppy Pomfrey. Obviously, it would have to be someone you all trust. What do all of you think? [I'm not asking to be it, just so you know. I am doing alot already for the guild and I enjoy doing it but, I don't want to spread myself to thin otherwise, I would offer.]
On another note, I was just wondering when the DC would start a new round. When classes start?
