The first thing written in the index was a note to read the intro to "Dry Hexes" in the beginning of the book before attempting any of the hexes mentioned in the book. Totro looked through the index until he found what he was looking for. He read over it again, so it would stick in his head; "Partial Submergence Hex- P. 231" Totro flipped to the page, and stuck his finger on it, before flipping to the intro at the beginning of the book.

Sem woke up and steched her arms out. Her fist hit a few books cousing them to hit her in the head "Yaw!" she yelled rubbing her head. Then tightened up after some people shushed her. She piched up the books and looked on their spine to see where they went. She looked at eh code on teh last book. It was on teh verry top shelf. Don't they know some people here arnt ten feet tall she growned and stood on her toes to put it up. "Come on, be a nice book and go back."

Delia yawned softly as she padded around to the otehr side of a large bookcase filled with thick leatherbound books in her slippers. It was close to eleven o'clock at night, and Tsumi wanted to get a book from the library bu was too afraid of the "scary evil lady" to go alone, so she convienced Delia to come along. But soon after their arrival, Tsumi had curled up in one the tall chairs and had gone to sleep, leaving her poor half-sister with the task of finding the book.
"She said she wanted a book about the Salem Witch Hangings that had in America," Delia murmured to herself as she stood on her tippy-toes to reach a book on a shelf that was taller than she was. The lettering on the book was in a difficult cursive that was so dull that the girl with her weak eyes could hardly read it.
"De'sha mon... apt p'tra..." she read slowly to herself before shaking her head and replacing it with great difficulty. Over where Tsumi was, Delia could hear her talking about something or other in her sleep, but thought nothing of it. That wasn't unusualy for her.

She finaly jumped and got the book in the shelf. Sem strached her stiffened arms and walked out into teh open when her cell started to buzz. The buzzing coused her to jump in teh air and sqweek; she qwickly answered it. "Hello?" she wispered "SEM THANK GOD YOU'RE ON THERE'S SOMETHING I NEED TO TELL YOU!" her stepmother yelled. "Ok, ok be quiet I'm in a libreary wait till I get outside." She slung her bag over her shoulder and walked out.

After quite a time of wandering, Trinity found herself concealed in the world of words. Thats right, the library. She found this rather strange, she never had much reason to come to the library so why did she end up here now? Perhaps it was that letter she received from Torian about three weeks after the incident, his advice was to study up on her... situation as it were, and perhaps then she could do what her parents had sent her to this place for. But what about when she got back? then what? most likely she would stay with Torian and his wife, they always had been good friends of the family... but she wouldn't be able to think about that until she could control... this. She stared down at her hands. She shook her head a moment. Well, now that she was here, she might as well see what she could find... She headed towards one of the large walls filled with books. Elements, Elementalists, Anything, everything she could find on the subject, and hopefully, something that could help her.

"The controlling of elemental powers. One of the most difficult things for one to do alone without proper training. Many methods are suggested, but only a few are true, and not impossible to do. To best do these, you must have a steady focus of..." Heero said reading a rather large book with a interested look on his face. "Eh, this really has nothing to do with me, but you look like you can use it, Ms. Trinity." He said with a smile on his face and the book now closed. Heero hadn't seen Trinity in quite a while and it was good to see her again.
He had long woke from his little nap in the chair and decided to walk around the library while he was there. He also figured that since this girl wasn't showing up, that he might as well enjoy himself a bit with a good tail or two while he was in the library. While he was walking around, he did spot Trinity come in, and followed her for a few seconds, to try and figure what she was looking for, and did.
"You know, there's only one of these books in the library believe it or not. Or, at least this is the only one I've seen so far. It's quite bothersome actually. Searching for one little book in an ocean of them like this. Quite bothersome indeed." he said looking down at the book, and then back at Trinity.

Yume walked into the library. No, 'walked' is too normal a word. Yume 'snuck' more than 'walked'. She thought that walking was a very suspicious thing to do. People saw you! And she didn't like people watching her. Nope! Not at all. Back to business, there were books to read, articles to study, and people to avoid.
This library isn't very quiet for a library! There are too many people and so many voices!
Her voice was soft and to hear it, you had to strain until your brains leaked out both your ears.
I'm extremely unusual, they say. But isn't it they who are unusual for not being accepting?
A voice popped up behind her. It was deep and somewhat calming.
You're too odd when you don't sleep. Don't you have sleeping pills or something? you're keeping me up all night with your tossing and turning.
Yume crossed her arms and glared at Ishimaru. It was her boyfriend. Again. She was thinking of possibly dumping him and finding someone else. Not that it mattered, they always somehow came back together again. By 'somehow' she meant 'those damned magical handcuffs'. Yep, they were stuck together for life.
You go and read your books, and I'll go and read mine. Stop bothering me. I'm going to get another boyfriend or something if you keep annoying me with your incessant chatter.
As you wish, darling...!
He waltzed away and Yume massaged her temples. There were so many things to learn and in so little time...first were spells. Any kind would do. But the most basic incantations were what she would start with.
Someone's got to show me where the spells section is...I can't find anything in here!

Ishimaru looked around, seeing shelves of books about three times as tall as himself. He found books to be fascinating, and intruiging. Much like the faculty and students here at Ria.
Intruiging indeed...
There was something about this school that made him want to stay and behave. He didn't want to leave. Maybe it was the kindness of the students, or the casual nature of the staff, but--
Ow!
Book shelves...were popping out of nowhere. Ishimaru rubbed his forehead and looked at a thick book protruding from the shelf. A History Of Black Magic. He flipped the book over to read the small summary in the back. This book tells of the origin of black magic, and includes secrets and tips to controlling this awesome power. He shrugged and sat down on the ground, flipping through the pages until he came across a picture. It was a rough sketch, but detailed enough to see the resemblance between the daughter of the devil, and Yume.
She said she wasn't a satanist...but her father must have persuaded her or something, because it looks to me like she's participating in the ritual...

Her ears twitched when she heard the first sentence that came out of his mouth. That was exactly what she was looking for. She turned around quickly and blinked. She grinned lightly "Heero!" It really had been quite some time since she'd seen him.
She nodded "Yeah, I've been looking for something like that, but couldn't seem to find anything. I feel like I'm in the wrong section of the library, but..." She glanced around, she didn't need to finish that sentence really, It was rather evident that this place was far too big to find anything if you had no specifics on an author, or title, or something.
She blinked when he said there was only one. "The only one you've seen, seriously!?" so much for Torien's advice... I bet his personal library has a bunch though... She growled lightly under her breath, but what about this book that Heero had?... She clasped her hands in front of her. "Please can I have it? Pleeeeaase!?" she begged, hoping it would work.

Heero just smiled and gave her the book. "Well, as I said, it really has nothing to do with me. It's not like I have elemental powers or anything like that." He said giving a sly wink and then looking down at the book. "Looks like it will be helpful though, I mean, with a book of that size, it should be impossible for it to be useless." Unless... nah, only elders do that when they don't want you to have it and you go for it anyway. "But yeah, it's the only one I've seen so far, but that really doesn't help much since I was only looking for it for the past 38 second, after I found out what you were looking for." Heero gave a sigh and looked around. "There probably should be another one somewhere around here, but you don't need to worry about that now seeing as how you've got this one." He said looking back at her and giving a warm smile.

She grinned widely but her face changed for a moment as she almost dropped the book, somehow it was even heavier than it looked. She nodded at what he was saying, "This book should definitely help me out though." Then they won't worry about me anymore. She grinned and walked towards the tables trying to set the book down without destroying something. It really was a big book!, that and with her clumsiness, well, you can imagine.
She sat down staring at the book, examining the cover first. She didn't want a stupid analysis book or something, she wanted more of an instruction manual, so to speak. It looked legit, or at least really old, hopefully it would help her how. "Thanks a lot!" She grinned up at Heero a moment before flipping the book open to start studying.

She enters the library looking for a table to sit at and walks slowly to it . She sits down reading her favorite book Cleopatra VII.Even though she read it 10 times already she loved it . She looked up seeing SEM leaving the library with her cell phone to her ear she looked worried but thought it was nothing she kept on reding her book when a ring from her cell phone rang.She answered it she was suprised it was her little brother on the phone "Hello " she whispers . "VIOLET HEY I JUST WANTED TO CALL U MOMMY SAID IT WAS OK SO UMM HEY LOL"he say's. "Hey lol how have u been i havent herd from u and mom since today ". " YEAH I KNOW HEY DID I TELL U I GOT A NEW ACTION FIGURE ITS LIKE REALLY COOL I LOVE IT OH AND I GOT AN A+ ON MY SPELLING TEST ". " Thats cool well hey i got to go cause im in the library right know ok ill call u after i get out ok i love u bye ". She hangs up thinking about him playing with his action figure. Mom she didnt worry about her to much she actually wanted to get away from her she always treated he like a child and she hated that so she left to join Ria High and she loves it here .She gets her stuff getting ready to leave and headds for her dorm.

She comes in with her book bags and sits at a table near other people (which she never does ),and goes to the stacks of books and looks at the way top and groans ."Why cant these people know that some people arent freakin 12 feet tall" She jumps trying to get it but couldnt it was no use she keeps on jumping but nothing.Finally she gets it with a little help from her little flying magic(which she never liked to use ).She goes to the table and sees the cover Queen sasha (Royal Diaries)She didnt get why she always choose Royal books she felt as if she was the person in the book and she was a queen but all that swept in the back of her mind when she started to read some of it.She finishes in 3 hours and puts it back to get an even thicker book.She got up and read more for another 2 hours till she decided to stop and go to the hot springs to relax.
