((I know but wasn't it a secret amongst your small little group? Oh and it's not Devin....It's Daniel))
As he was hauled out like a little kid Daniel Evans couldn't believe that Raven was supporting the little twit.
The enemy.
Daniel decided that traitors needed to be dealt with as well and didn't make it easy for her to carry him out as he flailed about making dangerous for anyone to try to get close to him with all his punching and kicking. Even as he was pulled close to her to be whispered at, the words didn't register until afterwards when they were outside.
Outside where he stopped flailing around because he was tired.
Outside to witness Draco's newfound kindness that dumbfounded Daniel enough to let Crucius pass by him like he usually did. Shattering that mentality that everyone here was a traitor...Prefects or not.

yeah, I guess that only the group knows he's a good guy now. I'm going to adit that mistake about Devin and Daniel here in a moment. I was super tired when I posted.))
Raven let Daniel go outside of the door, when they were out of sight, but no sooner had she let him go did Crucius come around the corner. Next thing she knew he was on the ground, Neville's fist having connected with his face. Looking up she mouthed, "Way to go Neville!" giving him a wink as she spoke silently.
Draco began to laugh loudly. "Crucius! Longbottom told you, didn't he!? I'll admit, that was a mean left hook, but the next time it'll be you on the ground!" He said pointing his wand at Neville. "Get out of here before I change my mind." Draco said menacingly with a wink as well.
Raven nodded her head, "We ought to take both of you to Snape, but we're feeling generous. Just get out of our sight now!" She said pointing her wand along side Draco. She really hoped that their friends would forgive them for the way they were acting. She and Draco began walking away, gesturing for them to follow while Crucius was out cold.

Aideen began to walk towards the door with the mindset to punch Crucius in the face and then once again in the stomach just for good measure. Nobody treats my friends like that. Nobody, she thought. Aideen watched as Daniel attempted to tackle Draco and was caught off guard by his bravery. As soon as she had made her way to the door she saw Neville's fist and Crucius's face meet. And being honest, it was quite bloody astonishing. The next thing Aideen knew Crucius had dropped to the ground and for some strange reason Draco and Raven has let Neville and Daniel go Scott free.
Aideen went up to Daniel. "That was really impressive how you stood up to Draco like that," she said while giving him a hug. "I didn't know that you had that kind of courage, you know, with him being a prefect and all." Aideen was quite happy where she was at the moment, but something didn't sit right about the previous scene. She let go of Daniel and took a step back. "Daniel," Aideen said in her quizzical tone with her right eyebrow cocked, "Why did Draco and Raven let you go like that? You almost tackled him for Christ's sake."

Raven Rae Knight Jillian could tell something was troubling him. Taking his hands in hers, Jillian looked at Christopher softly. "What's wrong? You can tell me anything." She said kissing him softly. He made Jillian very happy, and ever since they had first met, she had been smiling. A relationship was about truth, right? Christopher shook his head, smiling at her. "Nothing, liebe, just a few thoughts about home and such." He lied to her, his face showing nothing but honesty and truth. He smiled once more before pulling her into a tight hug.

"Liebe, isn't that 'love'?" Jillian said smiling. "Do you miss Germany a lot then?" she said as he hugged her tightly, to which she wrapped her arms about his shoulders, and hugged him back.

"Our day will come..." Jillian said with confidence. "So, you're not only German, but you're Irish too?" She looked at the ground, watching a bug crawl from one blade of grass to the next. What did he mean by muttering that phrase? Jillian shook it off, and continued to smile at her new boyfriend.

Christopher nodded, a slight smile on his face. "Ja, Irish and German. I grew up in Germany speaking German though. I learned English when I turned about 6 or 7. However, we would take frequent trips to Ireland to go visit my grandparents and the like. While their I learned of a little group called the pIRA. Very interesting them..."

I've always wanted to go to Ireland. When I learn to Apparate I plan to go there. Ever since my grandfather went missing, I just haven't felt like learning." she said, a twinge of sadness in her voice.

Inside Daniel wanted to turn, leave, and forget about it. Go back to class. Life was hellish enough as it was with Snape and the Carrows in charge. But another part of him pushed him to follow, and he grabbed Aideen's hand in his. "I don't know. But by Merlin's beard, we're going to find out." He said with more courage than he truly had in his body and was soon dragging Aideen with him, following the American and the enemy...

Raven and Draco waited across the hall for anyone who was going to follow them. "Hell with going to class, I didn't see anyone else in there anyway." She said sadly. She had always favored Transfiguration above her other classes, except Defense Against the Dark Arts. Raven saw Daniel dragging Aideen behind him. He looked as if he he'd summoned all of his courage to follow two people whom, to him, seemed like the enemy. "Glad you could follow us." She said with a smile. "After all that, we're not going to class. I'm sorry about being so rough with you back there, Daniel isn't it?"
Draco nodded with a smile. "My rebel American. Skipping class, smoking in the girl's lavatory." he said with a chuckle. He took her hand in his, planting a kiss on her cheek as Daniel and Aideen walked up on them. "Yeah, sorry about all that. It was for show. Crucius is a bloody stupid git."

Aideen let Daniel drag her down the hall toward the two prefects. She knew something was up and wanted in on it; if anything was going to happen Aideen wanted to be prepared. When Aideen and Daniel reached the other two, Aideen was a bit shocked to find such a warm welcome. "Well, seeing as class has been, canceled, in a sense, would you two mind telling us what's going on? I would love to know, and since we now have this period open, why don't we fill it with some explanations."

Raven and Draco looked at each other nervously. "It's about time we told them the truth Draco." She said twitching her nose a little. Raven felt Draco give her hand a little squeeze.
Draco nodded in agreement. "Well they're going to wait. This isn't the place. Not private enough. Why don't we go down to the kitchens, or to the girl's lavatory. Moaning Myrtle shouldn't be there right now." He said sheepishly, thinking about how he'd spent many late nights crying in there with only the ghostly girl to comfort him.

Though Daniel had physically moved Aideen...she was the one speaking. And he felt sheepish that he couldn't speak for himself. But gave the Raven and Draco a nod to tell them that he agreed with what his...girlfriend was saying.

Jake Defi suddenly woke up from his nap. A very short one, but he had ended up falling asleep under the same tree he had first spoken to Anna-Marie under.
Sighing heavily he looked around before producing a plastic bottle from within his Robes. The sticker wasn't ripped off like it should have, but seeing as no one really knew what it was, he didn't care.
To him, the bottle meant an addiction he started at the end of his 6th year.
To most people and creatures of the Wizarding World, the word "Nyquil" didn't mean anything to them...whatever that was.
