Yeah He is like a level 52 Character with bloodline and affinities. Plus I got the Ok from Sai to do that.

I think I just got too tired of joining a million different times, starting characters a million times, having everyone I RP with quit a million times, and then rinsing and repeating. I don't know if I am going to return for a million and one'th time. xD
Considering I started RPing in this guild like...ten years ago. Lmao, if not more. But, hopefully you guys get it back running and enjoy it. ^-^

So since we don't have a proper jutsu list, I guess I am just gonna take all of my bloodline jutsu as I level up ...

I mean all of the gangsters were playing up that they were involved with Jin the previous Kazekage while they were mind controlled, and then Shinken "confirmed" it, and killed the Kage. lol
As for the Jutsu...Yeah I have to go back and convert stuff. We were going to have a library where you could learn stuff but that kinda fell by the wayside. It's probably going to be a while before that gets done. Bloodline jutsu are learned by leveling up your bloodline, so you would be spending exp to get bloodline jutsu. You do also get to create your own which is what I did for Shinken. On my next set of days off I'll try and make up a few of the really well known Jutsu. and start posting up a list. If there are specific techniques you guys want let me know and I'll try to get to work on them.

PupSage So since we don't have a proper jutsu list, I guess I am just gonna take all of my bloodline jutsu as I level up ... Most of the jutsu you will get will mainly come from raising your Int stat to unlock custom slots, or learning from others
