Wooo, he passed his driver's test on the first try! @_@ That's better than me, sigh, I guess I'll never live it down. ;_; Oh, well, except that if he had one more markdown he would have failed, rofl, so I guess he didn't do TOO much better than me. I got a 70 and he got 75 which is passing.
Still happy for him though. :3 And now I don't have to drive all the time! Even though it's still always my car, he has no car yet, at least I can make him drive places when I'm feeling lazy. c_c

procrastination girl Setzer ~Another~ Lady Pyre Setzer ~Another~ Any of our older members done any Army/Reserve time that wants to pass on some information? Hmm... what kind of information? Gaia-specific or some-such? I have a friend who got off active duty a few months ago, but I don't think he's touched his Gaia account in years. I just need to talk to someone that's done Boot/Active, what it entails, and the possibility of getting deployed if you go active for 6 years but you're situated at a base as a network admin. my work friend's boyfriend came back from iraq a few months ago and is now in the reserves. i can ask, if you want, but i won't be back at the office until thursday. That's cool, I'm looking for any feedback.

Well, at least the interface is kind of nifty. I hope they use it for some actual Gaia games in the future. And I like the jeans and bangles.
Haha. I liked that freaky angel statue in Josh's house, too. But why did they name the bouncer "Bob." It would have been so much funnier if Bucho had to get a gig as a bouncer after Gambino fired him. I mean, the NPC looks just like him. xd
It also seems aimed at getting the sort of empty-headed sluts-in-training who watch that s**t to go play MTV's dress-up game in lieu of Gaia. So if they go play else-where, then I'm all for it.

Jesus Christ. It's basic RPG interface. They made it simple as hell. The very first NPC you notice tells you to go talk to the very second NPC you notice. He gives you glasses and tells you who to talk to next. Etc. Etc. The bubbles over their heads even change to indicate how useful talking to them will be.
I shudder to think what the forums will look like when the Battle System is released.
