Not a lot of pokemon can learn Trump Card...I know Slowking, and Eevee for sure are able to learn it...
I think there was one more, though I'm not certain.

Arc- I think Eevee only learns it through breeding, however all its evolutions can learn it
EDIT- actually looking back at the link I posted it does learn it, I had to change the settings to show NFE as well
