Just not the same.
It doesnt have that jeep like practicallity I admire in ships like the YT-1300 hundred. It just looks bulky and unimpressive.

I prefer fighters to freighters, but they (freighters) do have a certain unique appeal.

Apples and oranges kinda thing.
Though since trade is what makes the Galaxy go 'round, I don't underestimate the freighter's importance.

Without trade no one would be in space. If no one was in space, there would be no reason for Fighters to be there.
Galactic comerce and trade, perpetuated by the freighter, is what keeps the Galaxy connected and people in space. And as long as there are people anywhere, there will be violence perpetuated by machines of war. War can not exist without reason.
And furthermore, an army runs on its stomach. Without Freighters supplying and tending them, Fighters and their Capital Ship rides would be unable to continue a fight.

That there is the million dollar question.
Though I have grown someone attached to the Aurek Fighter, I cant bring myself around to labeling it my favorite.

The Aurek is a beautiful fighter, and I never would have known about it had it not been for this RP.
Right now, I'm kinda partial to the Havoc. Too bad she's one-of-a-kind...
