Most of the things on Gaia would be easy to create yourself, although, it might take some time. Thats the joy of Cos-play.
Unless you mean to take the items, and make them Fully functional, like the wings allowing you to fly, the ears and tails were actually a part of you, rather than clip on stuff, and headbands. lol.
If I were to bring anything into the real life, it would be my coco kitty, Death The soul stealer; my kiki kitty, Rebirth, the life giver; Gwee, the dragon; Inari's Beads, and my Chyaku Norisu Scarf.
Anything On Gaia Would be nice really.
Any of the Angelic Or Demonic Items, would be loved by all. lol
