I have a friend whose parents are both teachers...she hates it because they pressure her on studying and everything...

I study because it was the only thing that made me feel worthwhile...getting good grades was all I was really good at...so i just did that...

Yeah, it is. Because I've tried a bunch of things and I liked them, but I was never good at them and it made me very sad...so I guess I can like thhings I'm not good at, but it just has a flip side of making me sad too...

Old things are nice. I think they're interesting. But I'd always be afraid of breaking them, so it might not be such a good idea for me to pursue something like that. just to be safe. Accident-prone people probably don't make the best archaeologists...

I'd like to be a novelist, too. :3
But...I've always wanted to be an archeologist. x3
When all the other little girls were going on about dreaming of being movie stars...
I wanted to dig up dead kings in Egypt. xD

That's great. I can just picture little kid Scottie and her daydreams...it's very cute. I've wanted to be a writer/novelist/author whatever you call it since I started to love reading...which would be around 4th or 5th grade...but I never found myself extremely good at it. But I love it anyway.

Yeah, sometimes even though you don't have a huge talent for something, it's still fun. <3

At least I'm not a horrible writer...like I try to make my grammar and conventional errors to a minimum...sometimes the ideas are cliche and stereotypical, but I like to work with that...
