Kareswen shrugged. "In my opinion one group is much like another. It doesn't matter how many we kill because there will always be thousands more. But I used to know this area and I try to never let them pass here unchallenged." She looked back across at the army. "If all we can do is track their movements for a while, it is still better than doing nothing."

Van shrugged. 'Alright.' He sat there a moment, but the silence irritated him. 'So is this all you have been doing scince last time we met?' he asked?

Adriana pulled back the reigns og her horse, curssing under her breath as Minas Tirith came into view. Her Brown hair was being tossled on her shoulders as the wind picked up from the hill in which she casted her view. The sorrel horse whinnied. "Hush, Navarro," she demmanded, patting the horse on the shoulder. He was a young steed, only two years, but strong and it such times, that was what was needed. Strenght. She kicked the horse's barrel with the heels of her boots and the horse continued in a genttly, flowing canter, but the expression on the ranger's face was anything but gentle.

Ranu strode into the open doored armoury, and looked around. He grinned as he saw the weapons, they'd not been touched for some reason. No one knew why. Strding over to the arrows, he begun stiffing his quivver.

Adriana stopped outside of the enterance to the once great city, a mxed expression of anger and memory on her face. What once was an extravigant city of white, filled with laughter and great security, was now a beat down gray pile of depression and loss. She tied the Navarro's reigns around the horn of the saddle, instructing the horse to wander, if wanted. She took in a breath, unknowing of what to expect as she made her way into the empty streets, hearing nothing but the wind and a crack of thunder.

Tossing his head back, Ranu listened to the thunder "..." It seemed he'd have to leave earlier. With a now full quiver, and a still empty stomach, Ranu stepped outside, listening to the wind. Oh how his heart ached at having missed the battle.

Adriana made it to the throne room, empty and darker, especially with the incoming thunder storm. Where else was there to go? She figured she's have the pleasure of staying in the broken down kingdom overnight. Statues were brokemn, their pieces scattered over the large floor and where banners and mosaics framed the wall were now scorch marks from fire. She ran her hand through her brown hair, annoyed at how much had happened. There once was hope, but now whatever hope there was could only stay on the top of a needle.

"YOu could say that, in a way..." She looked nevously at Kareswen. "I can tell your lookin' fer someone. Whom is it this time, eh?" She said queiter.

Kar casted a quick glance a Karaswen as well, 'Tell you the truth, I cant pronounce the name. But its a dwarf, and it has something someone wants. Its strange though, the dwarf rides horses, not with skill of course, its why, ' Kar looked at Karaswen again and said in an even lighter voice, 'I lost my mark I think...your parters skills, remeble his from a distance.'

Kareswen showed no outward response to his comment, but inside she was furious. Had he experienced the temperamental mount or been riding a horse that only responded to heavy pressure from the saddle he may have understood how she was feeling. Accustomed to riding bareback on the fiercer and better-trained elven horses, she had found the last horse difficult and apparently her riding style had suffered.

She was also wondering why they kept glancing at her to see if she was listening. Kar obviously didn't trust her and the feeling was mutual. As Kar and Venerah appeared to be close friends, he would probably be staying for a while. Kareswen did not find the idea appealing and wondered how soon she could come up with a passable excuse to leave herself without offending Venerah.

Frowning as he walked back to the battlements, Ranu investigated the main gate from above. His arms crossed as he looked at the shattered remains. "Numinor would never have let that happen." He murmered, then sat down, looking up at the Stewards building, thinking.

Noticing her face, she tryed supporting her new friend. "Well, it's not her fault...her horse wasn't cooperative."

Another crack of thunder made Asriana believe it was time to recover her horse also from the storm that was coming. Navarro was probably frightened to death now, only because his master was not their to comfort him. She jogged down the throne room, exiting, just so that the earie and dead presense would not surround her any longer than it had to. It wasn't a long walk back down to the main gate, or at least it didn't feel like it. She figured she could just hide in one of the many abandoned houses for the night.
