Not yummier than Nusumu's food. But she'll try it.
Melete looks at the chattering Porcelain and smiles. She could see why they made her host tired, but to her they were almost a reminder of home, if a pale comparison.
Nusumu isn't pale. Mel person is just tall.
Huffing a little, Nusumu pushes the door open.

Jokeph jumps a little, but quickly recovers, whirling around to face the newcomers.
Right. Need to be more sociable. Just like Mistresses want.
With a deep breath, he begins signing frantically.
Zohar takes the hint. "Welcome," he croaks, watching Jokeph's hands before speaking again. "The Mistress is unavailable and cashier is out sick. Did you wish to order?"

Hrm. Nusumu should learn to make tea. Trying some exquisite samples would help her learning...
That makes sense. The last time Melete tried Gaian tea, it made her sick. But she'll try when the DS woman doesn't make it. Once.

"Where did these teas come from?" she demands, arms folding snugly over her chest.
