well, i for one have made sure my phone's off the hook on the 31st, my flatmate isn't allowed to have anybody over that night and the pizza is already in the freezer, Doc Who is back?
oh, and great news about RTD leaving the helm after series 4, for anybody that heard that one too... he's done a good job so far, but does have very limited ideas about the continuation of the series. wonder who will take over, probably Collinson.

Freaj A fourth series of Doctor Who has already been commissioned, and Davies is putting the finishing touches to scripts for Christmas 2007. His work here is - almost - done. When he does leave, it will be with happy memories, especially of the day the Doctor returned, on 26 March, 2005. 'That afternoon,' he says, 'I went into town, shopping and pottering about. There was a buzz in the air. I felt like I was eight years old again. It was like "Mum's dragged me to town, and I've got to get home because Doctor Who's going to be on". I'll never forget that feeling. As long as I live.'... Does that mean he's leaving after series 4 then? I hope they get someone better... Where did you find that?

Bah, I can't find where I got the info again, it was off some interview...
Oh well, more to keep us talking:
Life on Mars star Philip Glenister was at the Royal Television Society awards last night and apparently let slip to a journalist that John Simm is indeed playing the Master, that he was "perfect" for the role and can "really play evil", adding "you should see him at 7.30 in the morning".
~~~~ so if that is actually true (who knows), how the hell does he escape??
Well, if he got eatten by the TARDIS and she survived the Time War... O.o It is kind of creepy to think he's been sulking around the TARDIS for the last two seasons, but hmmm, it will be interesting. He had better have a goatee.
And yes, he had better damn well have a goatee or I will be rather angry. He's hardly the master without the beard.
