This entire page is violating Guild rules. You all now have one warning (except for the Rp creator). This Rp already has an OOC thread - Use it.

Deidra_Godwin Kaori drew her hand away from Abel when he shrugged it off, dropping it to rest at her side. She stepped back slightly when he shifted back to his human form, so that she was not in his way. After hearing what she said, she shook her head slightly, "It is a possibility, but an extremally small one. Even if she were tempted to, she is the daughter of the head of the church, apperances are very important to her. To be seen.... consorting, with any type of 'non-human' may be damaging to her reputation, so I doubt that she would risk it."
As the woman climbed down the tree and walked to her bag, Kaori followed her with her eyes. They held a sadness in them, though she tried her best to hide it. "What's happening is we are sticking together so that the followers of this new religion find it harder to grab us unaware." Kaori took the hand that was offered, "My name is Kaori. If I may ask, what are you, Selyna? I can tell you are a shifter, but your animal is a mystery to me...." Selyna had held her hand out to Abel as well, but not getting a response immediately, she took her hand back and began looking at her items, seeing if they were salvageable. I'm a were leopard. I didn't mean to break up your meeting or what have you, I smelled food and was hungry is all. Looking at everyone, she couldn't really tell what move she should make next with them, but basing it off of Abel's reaction thought it might be best to just leave. Look, can you guys just point me in the direction of a town? I need to find some work so I can pay for room and board. She seemed a bit testier than she actually was, trying to put up an act for Abel so he didn't think he had the upper hand in this situation by her being afraid. Kaiori? Please? It was more of a pleading than asking, but Abel's glare made her very uncomfortable.

Kaori smiled sadly and pointed the way to the town. "You will find the town in that direction, though I do not know if you will find a place to work. If any of the villagers that follow this new religion find any kind of a rumor that you are not a human, they may well hunt you down. If you are hungry, you are welcome to take part in our meal. No harm will come to you while you are in my house if I have any say in it." The young woman looked at Abel sadly when she said this, remembering the harm that he had endured because he had defended her. "And besides, it is always nicer to not have to hide your true self, is it not?" Kaori smiled at the were-leopard welcomingly.

Still a bit hesitant about staying, Selyna thought about being here and knowing who disliked her or going out on her own and not knowing who held ill intentions for her, plus her stomach growled loudly, causing her to blush. Thank you very much, though I'm still not sure if I feel comfortable enough to show my true form yet. Returning the smile, she stood patiently as she waited for everyone else to file back into the house, afterall as a guest she felt she needed to show as much respect as possible.

"Well whats the point?" Abel grumbled in response to Selyna's not being comfortable enough to show her true from to them. "You've seen both of mine." He glanced back towards the house, not being able to help the small feeling of worry that overtook him about leaving Aida alone. He was slightly protective, the girl had broke his shell, if only for a moment, and that in it's own was rare. He held his hand out towards Selyna, "I'm a half-demon, and shapeshifter."
"Well come on. The safest place for you is with us, ya know. Those religion such don't give a damn about nothing about themselves. Anything against their 'norm' is 'evil' " He turned and walked quickly toward the house, not leaving room for debate.

Kaori shook her head after Abel, a slight smile on her face, then turned to Selyna and shrugged non-commentally. "He kind of does have a point. I won't push you though. Please, come in, breakfast is just about ready. I'll make up another room for you if you wish to rest. If you want, I can make up a hot bath for you, you look a little traval weary." The young witch observed, looking the shape-shifter over again.

((Yay for Pad_Foot and a crappy post! whee ))
Taking Abel's hand she bit her lip at being told she'd seen both of his forms. Feeling a bit of shame at not showing the respect a fellow shapeshifter deserved in showing her form as well. She walked after him with Kaori at her side. I'm a were leopard.... but I can be a cat too.... One of the few lucky things I inherited from my.... family... For someone who hated her mother as much as she did, she couldn't understand why she'd mentioned her so much in this conversation. Because no one else has spoken to me long enough for me to mention her.... Thank you for the invite, Looking at Abel's retreating back she leaned a bit closer to Kaori. I promise to stay out of the way as much as possible. I don't have any money, but I can clean, or maybe hunt down some food. I don't like taking something without giving in return. This was something Selyna prided herself on, she would always return a favor, no matter how minor or how long ago it was done.
