Aezon switched glaces at Diamond to Glacian. He had well wanted his very own lightsaber. He looked down at his belt and grabed the hilt of his training saber squeezing it tightly hoping it would become a lightsaber. It had obiously failed.

He looked up at Glacian and presented the training saber to him. It had marks and scratches from all of the training he did. If you squinted it even looked like the blade was bent. "No I have not." He finally said. "All I have is this zapping training saber. It's not much but it will have to do until I construct my very own lightsaber with the help of a master. I find that you too have not a saber yet."

Aezon had felt warm inside finding that he was not the only padawan in the Jedi Temple who had not had a lightsaber. He had had a true lightsaber from a Sith apprentice he once mirraculously killed with a single vibroblade. His lightsaber was taken from him after he had destroyed it true master. But Aezon did not fell like telling them both that. He knew that Glacian and Diamond could both feel that he had somthing to say.

"Of course I will, Kari. But be prepared.. I am not the...easiest teacher. Before I can start training you, I would need to know your expectations, your goals, your preferred styles... basically the way you want to train and what you want to concentrate on. That, and I want to know any experiences that you had with...other sides of the force.."
Swex smiled friendly, something he hadn't done in a while. He wondered how much influence he could get at this person, and how to fully hide his neutrality. It would work, but it seemed to him the nicer he had to be, the darker he became inside... not bad for now, but the balance must be kept...

{(work takes up to much time sweatdrop )}

Kari thought hard about it she wasn't sure whated to learn about more.

"Umm.....well my goal is to learn as much as I can about the force, i want to learn more of the force then saber training just because i feel the force can teach more." Kari said putting a finger to her mouth, " and I.... really havn't had much or any experience with the dark side."

"No experience? The easier it will be to fall if it faces you... but we'll work on that.. So more force then saber training, we'll start on some powers then." Swex grinned, it was good she had no experience yet... the easier for him.

"we will start with building up some power, Sit down and empty your mid, concentrate on the force and nothing but the force. You will gain force strenght faster that way, which will improve the strenght of your powers.

If there is anyone else who requires training around, I can handle multiple for now... you cannot take multiple padawans, but I can train multiple students now..."

Kari sat on the ground with with her hands together, she emplied her mind which turn out to be harder then she thought. After a few moments she was able to concentrate on the force, and sit in silence feeling the force around her. As she concentrated she could feel something with the force that didn''t seem right, however she ignored it and went back to concentrating on the force.

"Well, actually," Glacian said as he flicked his wrist, causing his saber to slide into his hand. On contact with his hand, the solid sheen of the obsidian and irvory swirld mix changed is pahse to mush in Glacian's hand, forming the perfect fit for his hand. "i used the casing from my parents sabers and mixed them. Then I did some really tricky stuff to make it change shape depending on who touches it. Which is why i'd rather niether of you did, it would hurt you if you did, self defence i built in so no one could use it against me."

Aezon smiled at the sight of the lightsaber. He had not seen one in so long. At least not since his lightsaber had been taken away. He did not want to mention it but Glacian had somehow begin to slowly pull it out of him. Aezon took a last breath and looked up at him.

"That is very clever you. I had my own dual-bladed lightsaber but it was taken away. You may not believe this but it was from the first Sith apprentice I had slain. The Jedi masters had watched me defeat a fully trained Sith defeat a young 12 year old boy strong in the force. And yet that boy was me."

Aezon could not help admitting that he was jealous of Glacain because of his lightsaber, and because he at least knew his parents a little bit. He had always dreamed of igniting his lightsaber and become engaged in battle with another individual. Aezon never knew his parents he was abandoned in the moist grass outside of the Jedi Temple.

He had sworn to complete his training and be able to meet his mother and father, or at least know their names. Aezon was to young to remember a thing back then. All he knew was that it was getting harder to breathe and easier to die. But he held on and waited for the right person to find him.

But now there he was standing before a couple fellow Jedi disscussing their lives. He knew he was one step closer to finding his mother and father and completing his story.

"The force must have been with you that day, to beat a sith," Glacian said as he wirled the hilt of of his lightsaber once and then flicked it back up his sleeve. "I have only needed to use my saber rarely outside of my own training, though i admit i have wanted to get more experience than a simiple battle droid can give."

"hmm, you felt the dark side, didn't you?
It's not bad, necissarily... it is how you use it. The best of the jedi used the dark side in battle.. Kyle Katarn for example mastered the Lightning and grip powers, because he had fallen to the dark side for a while. Once he controlled that side, it became an advantage in battle, the only difference is that a "true dark sider"'s dark powers are stronger...
Maniac, the jedi that dissapeared 3 years ago, learned those moves in a short dark period too, and did use them again when he was back to the light, according to archives... I, I mastered them without ever falling... and sometimes they really do give an edge..
Try to control those powers and a world of force, and of knowledge, opens for you... Knowledge of both sides of the force can make you understand historical documents better, and way more. Just never loose the balance, never go too far..."

Swex smiled a bit, looking at the student facing the dark side a bit... it amused him.. Never go too far.. but not to little to.. find the center, the neutral side, and the path of wisdom and freedom lies open for you... no more protecting the republic, just an endless quest of fully understanding. swexs mind seemed to dwell to neutrality again, but he quickly recovered..noone should know, not yet...not yet.

Diamond gazed at the blade almost in awe, the blade almost appeared magical to him; as if it held some mystic powers. Diamond knew differently of course but he longed for a saber for so long.

"A beautiful weapon to say the least. I unfrotunately have never been lucky enough to even hold a real lightsaber and have always relied on the Force. I would love to have my own though, I know the Jedi Code forbids possessions and so forth but your lightsaber is an extension of who you are."

At that his mind wandered to his past, he started to think about his parents and his home world of Vjun. He has never really wanted to meet his parents, nor will he ever get the chance to, but he has longed to see Vjun. The young Jedi knows that it is a haven of Dark Side energies but still wants to see it.

"I don't know much about my parents, except that they were high ranking socialites on my home world of Vjun. They died before I left the planet...Do you remember anything of your family?"

"Yes, some" said Glacian. "They were both strong jedi, but my father was expelled because of some of his outspoken views against some of the more dogmatic principals of the jedi order. Even though some called him a dark jedi, he never was, he always was a jedi, and my mother knew so when she followed him fromt he order. As fro my saber, i feel that it is not only an extension of my body, but a piece of my parents, I can swear that when i use it, i can almost feel them, or their minds, flowing through it and guiding me. It may be because i used both of their lightsabers to build my own, even the case is a mix of theirs. I had to scour the wreckage of our transport ship to fing the hilts."

Aezon looked over at Diamond and smiled. What he said was true, ones lightsaber is an extension of who you are. It is your pride and joy. It is your weapon of choosing. A lightsaber is who you are.

"I was abandoned in the grass on Dantooine just outside of the Jedi Temple. I believe that you were lucky enough to at least meet your parents. The only family member I could remember was my brother. He left for Coruscant before I was born and came back to Dantooine where he had died trying to protect me from the Sith I had later slain."

Aezon looked down to the floor and frowned. Knowing that his brother was trying to protect his was a warm feeling. Knowing that someone cared for you in the world was all that had mattered to Aezon. Having a family to rejoice and brag over was all he wanted. But it was not what he had.

"I was very fortunant indeed when I had eliminated that Sith. But it was over anger and hate. Roads that lead to the dark side. But ever since then the Jedi have been teaching me to control my anger and attraction to the dark side, which would only bring more hate, anger, and suffering. I have had many expiriences and much knowlege. And yet most of them are learned from my many mistakes. Such as learning how to fly a Jedi StarFighter at the age of ten.

Aezon had remembered the day when his master had let him fly his StarFighter into space. He had encountered a few unwelcome Dark Jedi and had to land emidiately and let his master take over. His master had died after the battle due to a fatal injury. He had lost everyone around him that mattered the most. He did not want that to happen again.

"The Force is strange at times but everything happens because the Force wants it to. Sometimes I think the Code is out of date though, I have felt such forbidden emotions as passion for someone. I have never felt as powerful or as skilled in my life but in the end the masters made me choose between my love or my duties..."

At that moment Diamond knew he had said too much but somehow felt better about it. At that Diamond reahced deep within the Force and started to skim the minds of his two Jedi friends, he felt such great passion in them and knew they were skilled in so many ways. He knew what he just did was wrong but somehow their emotions made him stronger.

With a smile on his face he continued.

"I look forward to the day when I am taken by a master and fully trained. But we all seek that in the end: to become fully fledged Jedi Knights. In my opinion there is no greater honour for anyone who is Force Sensitive."

Somehow Diamond didn't believe that but then again he was young...

"I always thought that the dark side was bad, isn't a risk falling to the dark side?" Kari said, as she thought about the dark side. Its not bad its how you use it, she had never thought about it that way, however the dark side seemed like something that she should be careful fell or embrace. "Isn't it agenst the jedi code or something to use the dark side?"

"My father said the same thing about the rules, he said that it was the bounds in our life that made us strong, and if they were weak, so were we, but if those bounds were strong, so were we as well. He said we draw strength from bounds with people even if it is not one of passion, but just friendship, and that if our bounds could survive the death of someone we shared a bound with, it made use stronger and would allows us to still feel that person through the force." Glacian said and then added, "And I think the force helps those who help themselves, and those who sit waiting to be told what to do by it will never truely know it's helping hand."
PostPosted: Sun Jul 31, 2005 4:29 pm

"The force is something one should never abuse. For it will corrupt your mind and no longer assist you in your time of need. The force must not be used to harm another individual. For that is why the last line of the Jedi Code reads: 'There is no death; There is the Force.' I believe that everything always concerns the Force. Such as all of our meetings for example. The force must have wanted ut to speak of this."

Aezon was not that interested in bonds and the Force. But all of these words had come out of him like he was a Master of the Force. Like he was teaching Glacian and Diamond about the Force. Like he was a Jedi Master. But that moment had moved by quickly and Aezon could not believe what he said. He looked over to his companions and whispered solemnly.

"That was very odd. I never usually share my expirience with the Force to another Jedi. I have a feeling that the Force wants us to work together. I sense that the force is strong within us three. Like we share a bond. But it is not up to me to decide that. It is up to the Jedi Council. Speaking of the Counsil, we should seek a master to train us. My patience grows weary, but I must wait if I would like to be a well trained Jedi."

Aezon had wanted to find a Master and continue his training. He had wanted to go on a mission and construct his own lightsaber. He had wanted to be a much more expirienced Jedi. He expected more out of himself, even though he knew he shouldn't. He took a deep breath and began to relax. Aezon shut his eyes for a brief moment and looked back at his companions and gave them a nod, as he continued to think about the Jedi Code.

"Patience is a neccesity fro anyone who wishes to succed in anything, especially a jedi.," said Glacian. He too had a some wisdom to impart on his fellow jedi.
